I use it at Concordia University to access my student union’s server, join the channels for each of my courses, and stay connected with other students. I really like that past students who already completed the course are active in the channels and help us with materials, explanations, and tutoring. Everything—discussions, files, group chats, and support—is organized in one place, so it makes studying and interacting with my peers much easier. Overall, Discord has been a reliable and convenient platform for communication and academic support. **Pros:** What I like most about Discord is how easy it makes it for me to connect with other students at Concordia University. I can access my student union’s server, join the channels for each course, and get help from past students who already completed the class. I really like that everything—materials, discussions, tutoring, and group chats—is all in one place, so I never feel lost or disconnected. It makes studying and interacting with my peers a lot easier and more organized. **Cons:** What I liked least about Discord is that sometimes the notifications can get overwhelming, especially when multiple course channels are active at the same time. If I’m not checking often, important messages can get buried under all the other conversations.
