June 25, 2022 5.0 Overall, my Discord experience is fantastic, except for the customer service. Pros First of all, Discord is very easy to use. It allows you to easily access servers, and people and do what Discord is designed for: communicate. Additionally, there are tons of features in Discord, from Server to which you can add bots, to Group DMs. Cons The Discord customer service, in my experiences is absolutely horrid. If you have any problem whatsoever, you get an automated response and proceed to ignore your issue. I must say again, horrible customer service. Review Source CL Cloé L. Overall, I have a continuously great experiences with the program using it mostly for audio communication among a small group of users. I find the organization of the various chart groups to also be well done allowing me to switch between chat conversations quite easily. Pros Absolutely Free with most of the functionality. Overall the audio communication is top tier. The audio communication is crisp and their noise suppression system is very good at filter out unwanted noises while still allowing audio through. Pros Discord is great to create communities and make them engage on insightful conversation. Since any user is able to create a dedicated server, without the need to pay any fee, it is easy to create a community for a given subject. Cons The interface is complicated for first timers. For example, the distinction between sound and text-only channels makes people confuse when they want to share a link during a call. Whenever I think about something I want in an app like that, it turns out Discord has it - it's easy to use, understand and play around with. It can be used in many scenarios as it's a very flexible tool. Pros It is incredibly easy to set up and use. There are a lot of good communities to join as well and customer support is really good too.
