Excellent. Highly recommended.

Pros

Incredibly powerful platform with unmatched levels of feature and support. TrialFire allowed us to scale efficiently and integrated seamlessly with all of our existing and future technologies.

Cons

A bit daunting at first, but the levels of support provided by TrialFire put that to rest quickly.

Working with CEO/CTO directly you feel valued as a customer and an ability to innovate together.

Pros

Several products we looked at only provided web tracking of visitors after first identification, but Trialfire extends beyond that and track the full history from anonymous to identified. The multi-touch attribution provides us with greater confidence in how we can plan our media spend.

Cons

Overall very happy with the product, additional push integrations could make it even better, although the webhook functionality essentially allows for limitless integration possibilities. Nimble company so working directly with their management has been very important for us and allows us to innovate together.

Pros

Super useful to understand marketing spend across channels and how channels work together to drive results

Cons

Depth and breadth of features make for a long learning curve but once users understand it its very powerful
