No geral a Twygo é muito boa, simples, mas tem trazido bastante engajamento nos nossos times, principalmente a operação, que no geral tem mais dificuldade, mas com a Twygo eles estão facilmente conseguindo acessar e realizar os cursos.

Pros

A twygo é uma plataforma muito interativa, de facil usabilidade, o suporte da \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] foi incrível, todas as vezes que solicitei tive um retorno rápido e assertivo.

Cons

Acredito que o que pode ser trazido nas atualizações, é gerar a lista de presença dos treinamentos presenciais via Qrcode, pois asism ficaria facilo o controle de todos os treinamentos dentro da plataforma, a fins de ser mais assertivos nos indicadores.

Da facilidade de manusear os recursos, das funcionalidades e integrações possíveis (apresentação, game, webnair, mídias sociais, etc). A plataforma é intuitiva e o dashboard bem legal para o meu público alvo.Em especial, quero elogiar e agradecer o atendimento da \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] que, com muita atenção, nos acolheu e nos atendeu em todos os momentos solicitados com muito profissionalismo.

Cons

Os recursos que me fizeram falta:- Não existe a possibilidade de incluir novas pastas de acesso (ao lado dos cursos e trilhas)- As trilhas não serem exatamente atreladas à aprovação do curso - de início entendi que poderia ser inserido conteúdo extra na trilha.- Não ser possível incluir áudio sem necessidade de recurso externo.- Não ser possível executar áudio e vídeo numa apresentação ppt (tudo junto).

Produto fácil de usar. Suporte ao cliente incrível! Aceita diversos formatos de arquivos e integração com plataformas. Buscam a constante melhoria do produto. Muito personalizável graficamente! Recurso de importação em massa de usuário facilita muito.

Cons

Falta uma maior personalização nos campos de cadastramento de usuários. Alguns itens são meio repetitivos (por exemplo, catálogo de curso vs. lista de cursos). Algumas ferramentas são confusas sobre qual o propósito (exemplo: categorias).

Possibilita uma liberdade em criar conteúdos de forma simples e clara. Colaboradores muito bem treinados que nos passam todo conhecimento do produto e que estão sempre dispostos à ajudar.

Pros

Consegui o que eu procurava. Estava analisando outros softwares do mercado mas não tinham o que era necessário para os treinamentos. A Twygo me deu uma segurança enorme para aplicar meus conhecimentos de forma EAD.

Ainda não tive nada que me desagradou no sistema.
