It's given us the platform to reduce our order cycle time, increase the claims being submitted per month, and generate significantly more cash flow. Pros We transitioned from a paper-based system to Niko which allowed us to go fully electronic not only with our document management but eligibility and claim submissions. Overall, their customer support team and constant improvements are the highlight of the experience. Cons The resupply functionality is a major pain point for us, and our patients receive supplies every 6 months. The functionality, the UI, and the reporting are all subpar. Cons I do wish for a better drop ship system which could populate real time inventory. This would be helpful for back ordered items.
