It has made our recruiting process at Dragonfli significantly more efficient by saving time across all participants — recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. The platform is intuitive, affordable, and backed by a team that actively listens to user feedback and continues to improve the tool. It also enhances the candidate experience by allowing them to complete interviews on their own schedule. They have addressed every need. We could opt to change the response timeframe but have not opted to do so. Pros As a new business with a sizable amount of employees to hire, we were looking for a video component that integrated into our robust ATS. After hoards of investigation and demonstrations, we found Canvass best met our needs. I am a novice ATS administrator and we were looking for a way to video record candidate responses to several prompts. Canvass’ usability, intuitive layout, and outstanding customer service all are worth noting. We have been blown away by their responsiveness to our questions and attentiveness to needs. We highly recommend Canvass, two thumbs raised way up high. Cons Some candidates did not respond promptly and had to be sent new links. Not an issue so much with Canvass but more so with the candidate. Reasons for choosing Canvass They were available for a demo, answered questions promptly and worked with us as a new school.
