Aforza has fundamentally modernised the way our commercial, finance, RGM and field teams operate. By connecting planning, execution and settlement end to end, it has improved data quality, reduced manual effort and accelerated insight generation. The addition of Ava’s AI-driven scenario planning and recommendations has taken decision-making to another level, improving both speed and quality of outcomes. Combined with a strong UX and a genuinely reliable offline mobile experience, Aforza has delivered tangible gains in productivity, accuracy and margin control. Highly recommended for consumer products companies serious about modernising TPM, RGM and field execution to drive profitable growth.

Pros

True end-to-end TPM connectivity Aforza genuinely connects the full trade process from top-down planning through execution, accruals, claims, deductions and final P&L. Having all data in one place has eliminated manual spreadsheet reconciliation and significantly improved trust in the numbers. Strong financial control and accuracy Core TPM processes such as disaggregation, automated accruals and claims resolution run smoothly and consistently. Finance teams benefit from strong auditability, governance and reconciliation without manual intervention. Powerful analytics and scenario planning The depth of analytics provides clear visibility into performance drivers, margin impact and funding efficiency. Scenario planning is a major strength, allowing rapid modelling of price changes, promo mechanics and funding shifts. Ava (Vertical AI) adds real value Ava’s AI-driven guidance is practical rather than generic. It supports real-time scenario modelling, highlights profit risks and opportunities, and improves the speed and confidence of decision-making across commercial and RGM teams. Excellent UX across personas The platform is clearly designed around different user needs. Finance, RGM, Sales and KAM teams each get a tailored experience, and the UX is fast, intuitive and well suited to both office and field use. Best-in-class mobile and offline experience The mobile app stands out, particularly offline. It works reliably in-store with poor connectivity, with no friction around syncing or network issues. This has materially improved rep productivity and consistency.

Cons

Depth can feel complex initially The richness of functionality and analytics means there is a learning curve, particularly for users new to structured TPM or RGM processes.

Switched from

[HubSpot CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/152373/HubSpot-CRM/)

The previous platform was not delivering the needs of the field force and this upgrade was game changing.
