Access Legal Reviews
"Scott’s review "
Pros: The way it can sync across many computers
Cons: That you have to depend if the WiFi signal strength of the place the platform is ran
"Church for All People"
Overall: Solving online live streaming issues with ease and making church available for all.
Pros: This software is most accessible for churches including preparing worship slides, teaching material and updates. Ease of use, font and format features make this software excellent.
Cons: At times the downloading content in the app doesn’t always connect my presentation but overall this is a good resource.
"Becoming disillusioned"
Overall: Excellent, at first, but has become increasingly disappointing and exploitative of a client base that cannot easily switch case management systems without a great deal of expense and time. I feel I am stuck with a company that knows I will find it difficult to move on and intends to exploit that position by squeezing as much cash out of me for support fees, whilst reducing the support it provides.
Pros: It provided a groundbreaking case management system for solicitors companies of all sizes. I have used it almost since the product came on the market. It works and provides efficiencies across a number of areas of legal practice, not restricted to the law, put to matters such as account/finance/practice management
Cons: It is complicated to adapt and requires programming skills from a staff member, Or a specialist employee/IT technician with knowledge of pro claim. There appear to be better solutions on the market which are easier to use, which also provide better value. Proclaim requires a monthly support fee which is extremely expensive and has been ramping up without justification year after year, whilst at the same time reducing the level of support provided by Eclipse
"Very disappointed with the software"
Overall: I regret changing to this product. The whole process has been unnecessarily complicated, arduous and stressful.
Pros: The functionality of the software is good. It has a huge amount of capability. The workflows are good, but you have to work out where to put the data for it really work properly. The Report on Title functionality within the Conveyancing module is probably one of its best features.
Cons: The customer support is dreadful. You frequently have to wait days if not weeks for issues to be resolved. Even then you find the job has not been completed. They also do not communicate internally at all. Every time you want to improve the software to make it more suited to your firm's needs it is incredibly expensive. It makes you question what you actually pay the support for. You have to update your forms manually yourself. This software is allegedly suitable for firms of all shapes and sizes. However, unless you are a large firm with a large budget with an IT department who can make the relevant updates, avoid it! The accounts package is overly complicated especially compared to modern software like Xero.
"Awful. Avoid at all cost"
Overall: Dreadful
Pros: The workflow feature it good. Apart from this
Cons: Everything. I think the concept is great but that is where it stops. Incompetent at all levels and once tied in they don’t care.
"Customer service"
Overall: Terrible
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Customer service is terrible. They do not listen what customer try to say.
