Pros The ease of use the the most likable factor with FH. I am in love with it as it is very simple and it gives you all the bells and whistles you need for SMM. The PLAN option for automating the post is super cool - it is where you can add tags for your each post category with a time slot and when you schedule you just have to choose the tag and FH will automatically schedule the post to the next open slot under that tag. Cons The missing side is more on the AI capabilities of the software. I really wish they have made some more advancement on this but seeing their teams work ethics i believe they will surely get there. Right now it's not a must for what we do but would love to use it in the future. May 9, 2022 5.0 With FeedHive I am building my presence on Social Media. Now I have posted more than 200 tweets and more than 40 posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Can't really live without this software anymore. 🙂 And the best part is that they are constantly improving and adding new features! Pros FeedHive has an easy and intuitive design to create and plan your content. The best part is to "compose" your content. It's rich with great functionalities like generating hashtags and post-performance predictions, and when you are a little out of inspiration, pick out templates! It's also effortless to create content for different social media platforms. Cons I would like to see more analytics. You have a great overview of your socials, but it's also nice to show some general statistics like how many posts, per social, etc. It would also be nice to drill down into post analytics and show extra details. The social inbox is a really powerful feature, but It misses some functionalities. You can't give likes on Instagram posts, and when you react on the social media platform itself, it still shows the messages in FeedHive. Sometimes old posts show up I already reacted on. The posting plan is powerful but I miss two features. The ability to skip a post for a day, and to push a post in front of the queue. Review Source MB Marko B. FeedHive is much more straightforward and has everything we need, all organised in a very simple and tasteful way. Pros The ease of automated social scheduling across the platforms. It is very intuitive and easy to adopt. Cons It is very hard for me to say what exactly. We had a couple of 'wishes' back in the day but they all came to fruition with the constant feature updates. Maybe the #hashtag generator could be better. I noticed it throws some irrelevant hashtags when prompted, even with very elaborate post captions. But we use other tools to research hashtags, so it doesn't really affect the performance in our case. I have not had to ask for support but the facebook community for users is very active and its just a wonderful app. Pros I love how time saving and clean the user interface is. I have an assistant who also helps make posts and it was so easy adding her in. On boarding was easy. I just invited her and she pretty much knew what to do within 10 minutes of logging in. The instagram grid preview is also such a nice feature and you can create a post then edit variants for different social platforms so you do not have to keep loading the same thing over and over. Feedhive.io really though about saving people time which is what a social media schedule is suppose to do. Cons I actually have none beside I wish tags could be saved someplace other than a template. The app has streamlined my work into an efficient workflow. I will keep this one. Pros The user interface is beautiful. While there's no mobile app, the same UI carries over to a mobile browser. I love how I can easily click on a date and add a post. I love that draft content pops up when I click on an empty post too. I'm super happy with the customer relations. They are very responsive to bug reports and prioritize feature requests from their audience. They are listening. They just added Pinterest capabilities. Cons I dislike how my accounts have to be revalidated regularly. I have had scheduled posts fail because of this. I haven't reported it but I should. I would like the ability to auto-matically recycle past posts. I hope this is one of their priorities. Feedhive has a lot more amazing features but this single-handedly is how it solves the most time-consuming task of managing social media, it doesn't just automate posting, it automates the interaction on those posts too. anyone who wants to streamline their workflow and save time should get feedhive Pros Conditional formatting for the response on social media posts, this is a game-changer and saves so much time responding to generic comments. Pros FeedHive's user interface and experience are top-notch-- it makes Hootsuite and ContentStudio look dated with its modern design. While obviously far from being the first in the industry, the team is implementing a design sense that is akin to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] removing the keyboard from the phone. Every feature of FeedHive is meticulously planned and beautifully executed. Cons Perhaps what I would like to see more is a native graphics design studio that doesn't rely on Canva or Brandbird. However, perhaps that's not what FeedHive is trying to be. Yahoo has pages of news on its website, and Google just has its search bar, but look who won the search engine war. We don't need to ask Google to be what it isn't. (FeedHive is obviously Google here.) Seeing my posts fail was always discouraging, and as an early adaptor, I saw how it took a very long time for them to develop their social inbox. There was something about the UI that didn't delight me-- it felt cheap, and somewhat juvenile. FeedHive on the other hand is sleek. While it's not as robust as ContentStudio at the moment, its development speed is rapid, and it's absolutely delightful to use. Everything is polished and beautiful. Review Source Hayden F. And I do recommend the service as an alternative to other social media scheduling tools. Pros I think Feedhive is really intuitive, and easy to set up multiple accounts. The layout is very user friendly. They display the analytics in a great way. Setting up multiple posts for multiple platforms at the same time is really a joy. There have been multiple updates to the core app over the months. The most recent adding Pinterest. It is good to see it being supported. Cons Right now the biggest con is the lack of TikTok or YouTube, but these are currently in the roadmap, so it won't be too much longer until these are released. I also feel that they could implement the inspiration feature in a little better way. Perhaps pick a category via drop down rather than scrolling through the list. I always used publer as my go-to social media poster then i found feedhive this product is so good its unreal from little things like saving templates i use all the time to it scanning my account to find the most active times for me to post if you have never used this system then you NEED to try it today. However, I'd recommend using it more for your brand account rather than a personal one as I think it's better to take a niche product to manage your personal brand Pros What I liked the most about FeedHive was the ability to cross-post content on different social media platforms from 1 place at a reasonable price. It's arguably the best tool ou there for that. Cons What I didn't like was the minor bugs that prevented some posts to not be published at times on Facebook groups for example. Cons I can't schedule reels and IG stories I'd to move the scheduled posts from a day to an another one without open every post and modifying manually the date I'd like to approve posts in sequence and not clicking on each post I would like that once you have chosen the view (whether monthly or weekly) it would remain fixed. Pros I love the clean interface and intuitive handling. Post publishing can be automated by assigning a label with date to a post. At this point, Unsplash is integrated as an image database and animated GIFs are available. Of course, own files can be uploaded. Templates can be created from created posts. Hashtags can be generated in the post, a possibility to insert small sentences for inspiration in the post is also included and an AI gives an estimate of how the posting will be received by users. The post can be made immediately, entered in the calendar or set with other posts at a previously defined time. Posts that have already been sent can be recycled easily and quickly. What I also like, you can reply to comments in FeedHive. Integration of other networks is on their roadmap, as well as other functionality, such as iOS and Android apps. Cons For my needs, there are pretty much no drawbacks. There could be a few more social networks integrated, but those are already on FeedHive's roadmap.
