And the rest of the stuff that social media management should do, it does. Cons After two hard seconds of thinking, I think most of the things missing from the tool are in the pipeline. And I think there are only a few caveats that the tool has in its offering. For example, I had trouble connecting some Facebook pages (the tool shows some and some doesn't for some reason). With FeedHive, I can manage all of my social accounts in one place and use the platform's AI to identify the best time to post, share content, and engage with my audience. For small to average companies, it's worth the try. Pros FeedHive is a clear, reliable and intuitive tool. I am very excited about the possibilities FweedHive offers. When I compare it to other social media tools in the same price range, Feedhive works much better on all counts. I really like the way hashtags can be created, the access to my library and te possibilities to insert gifs etc. Working with multiple accounts is no problem. The contact with the helpdesk is excellent. The respond quickly, the help is good and they are open for ideas and new features. It always gave an error, I reported it to support, they read me and never responded. Instagram is the most important and the main thing that people use and it doesn't work. sad. Pros It's easy to use, easy to schedule twitter posts and allows you to reuse previous posts. Cons Instagram isn't working. Poor support, they never answered me. Just following their tips, and leveraging built-in tools make this a very easy, robust and actually even fun experience with fantastic results. Pros It is very easy to create a consistent posting schedule, and create content that aligns with this schedule. Cons The mobile web experience is not great. You get set up and start scheduling posts in less than 5 minutes. The team is very responsive, open for suggestions and look like they have great values (won't implement a feature if they find it unethical even if there is a big demand). Cons It's relatively new so it's clearly lacking some features such Tiktok, a mobile app for stories scheduling... etc. But the good news is: it's on the way. Apart from the social media scheduling options, I really liked the comment scheduling feature. There are various image designer integrations such as Canva, however, another designer tool BrandBird included can sometimes add watermarks unless you have a paid version. Pros One of the major strengths of Feedhive is the comment scheduling option. I can use this to trigger various messages based on how your initial post performs. I have found the product is also very easy to use. The templates help you with idea generation, but this could have been better. Customer support is very good, they know their stuff. Canva, Unsplash and the BrandBird integrations are pretty good as it allows you to craft some unique designs. Cons The AI templates are okay but could be better, sometimes it feels like there is no AI, but just a random selection of titles. I believe the team is working on it and the feature will be improved. Pinterest integration is missing and would have been great. Review Source JG JaKia G. Being able to have multiple workspaces for our different brands and our clients is great and being able to add collaborators is even better. Being able to automate nearly all of my social media tasks saves me so much time. I can preview my Instagram grid. I can view my posts in calendar format. I can create Twitter threads. Plus, I can manage interactions. Something that I didn't think would actually be good is the ai component. Not perfect but definitely is super helpful. Super helpful when I'm creating a social media calendar too. I've been using this on a free account for a client but once I saw the LTD deal I jumped on it. I'm now implementing FeedHive for all of my brands. Perfect for me. Worth a try for you. Pros I love that I can automate carousel posts & that I can preview and design grid view. Cons They don't support Tik Tok but I see it on the roadmap. Encouraged! Also, there's no mobile app. That's definitely a negative but I believe that it too is on the roadmap. Their facebook group is pretty active. THey managed to build a community where everyone helps each other. THis is a driving force for noob users like me. Their onboarding system is awesome as well, it really helped me get started right away. Pros Feedhive is an awesome product. And it on par with top social media scheduling apps. One thing that stands out is how good their UI/UX is. Cons There's not much that i dont like about their tool. Loads of features. Great UI. And new development happening constantly. Cons I have to re-authenticate my accounts periodically. I'm not sure what the root cause of this is, but it's inconvenient and slows down my team's work. It helps complete the task on hand fast without getting in the way. Cons When posting natively on LinkedIn we are able to swap out the automatic image pulled from the URL.
