Pros

  • Our most active colleagues thank others with "thank you cards. We have already received ongoing help to get it off the ground, so it is a truly supported project.

  • The software covers all the internal communications, HR support, admin and fun features our organization needs. It's easy to use and support from BC staff is great.

  • It is an easy-to-use and very versatile program, it can cover the entire internal communication, but it is also a great help in reducing administration.

  • I am satisfied the whole program, because helping increase the social wellbeing and integral communication in our company.

Cons

  • Some requests are processed more slowly due to a lack of adequate manpower (developers).

  • The problem with push notifications on web-app.

  • There is no such thing - we can not even use all of the existing features due to other factors, let alone missing some or being dissatisfied with them.

  • Colleagues often forget their passwords, in which case the admin needs help, and after a while it ruins the user experience.

"Successful introduction At Euronics"

Pros: Social network connection, internal communication, onboarding and e-learning

Cons: For us, it would be better that the administration users could be separated to different levels and access. Now, all of the administrators are equal to the same access and rights, but for us, it would be crucial that we could divide them to several, different access, different permissions.

"The perfect tool for improving internal communication"

Overall: super team with a super product, nice and helpful staff

Pros: Since using the Blue Colibri app, we have opened up our internal communication possibilities. We can easily do many tasks that were difficult before. In particular, we have made huge strides in keeping blue collar workers informed. It is a great help that all content automatically appears in Ukrainian on the phones of our Ukrainian employees.Our workers are happy to share their mobility challenges, but they are also active in social spaces to share their experiences. Through e-learning materials and tests, we have made knowledge material more accessible for all departments and age groups, and they like the fact that they can choose when to listen and watch it. Our most active colleagues thank others with "thank you cards". We have already received ongoing help to get it off the ground, so it is a truly supported project. Despite the young age of our contact, he was able to provide a high level of professional support and ideas for an application tailored to our company. Another great help during the launch was and is Blue Colibri News, which provides us with tutorial videos available at any time. And with News, our enthusiasm for the content sharing capabilities of the app never wanes

Cons: no such thing, everything that is available now is super

Overall: it has a good purpose, there is still some need for development in the app, but it is relatively easy to use it as it is now

"I couldn't imagine without it"

Overall: Very user-friendly interface. Countless processes and forms of communication can be integrated into the system. The imagination is really the only limit to what a company can use it for, and especially human resources, because even this can only bring really outstanding results if we invest in the right amount and quality of work.

Pros: Versatile usability. Each new module is a new inspiration in the development of cooperation between the company and the employee.

Cons: I have no negative experience with the modules or the company.

Reasons for Choosing Blue Colibri App: The presentation was convincing, we saw the long-term possibilities in it, that we will be able to use it for everything. Another product would have limited the communication options much more, not to mention the training and other process support modules.

"Fast, accurate communication"

Pros: At first, our company only used the Blue Colibri app for internal communication. In this way, we could immediately provide reliable information to colleagues working at the other end of the country. Today, the functions that have been used have expanded with e-learning and an intranet. The app has a video library and working private and public groups as well. We use the chat wall and the test and voting interface. We are most loving that target groups can be set in a targeted manner, and that it is also possible to share galleries and videos. We can also create joint events. If we have a problem, the support helps us immediately. The application can be customized with unique logos and with a form of appearance. In the future, we would like to introduce the webshop and the performance evaluation interface as well. Today, Blue Colibri users form a real community, who meet regularly and share good practices.

Cons: There are some function that are not flawless.

"A great internal communication tool"

Overall: It is a great app, helps a lot in internal communication and is constantly increasing the number of its services.

"Using the BC app for internal communication"

Overall: We started to work with the app nearly a year ago and we reached more people within the company than ever before. It has great tools for communication: we can publish news or pictures in gallerys, set standard messages for feedbacks or manager recognitions, start surveys for organizing events, etc.

Pros: The most valuable resource is the BC team itself. They have excellent customer service, the dedicated personal advisor is always there to answer questions or help in case of doubt. They are highly creative minds and it's so inspiring to work with them.

Cons: There is no cons in my oppinion. If there is something which does not work well for our needs or we experience some rooms for improvements, we can always approach the Blue Colibri Team and discuss about changes.

"Many possibilities in one app"

Overall: Very easey to tailor-made your own app! The BC team is always supporting you, as a customer, they are excellent, innovative, very customer-oriented!

Pros: More and more functions can be integrated and launcjed for the organsiation, as the time passs. We have began with a "base" app, and later we have began to use for more and more functions. Now or first though is to integrate BC app at our new HR soutuions, processes, communication.

Cons: I can not mention kind of cons. It's worth to launch in your organisation!

"Every company needs an app like Blue Colibri"

Pros: I really like that this app keeps improving and has everything we need in one place – from internal communication to managing talents and learning. It even helps with referrals and internal job applications, making things easier for the team.

Cons: There is nothing, I do not like and if there would be anything I would feel confident and safe telling my contact at Blue Colibri and I'm sure we could find a solution in a short time.

"Much more than we expected at the beginning"

Overall: We have worked together for more than 2 years. BC offers great support, great b2b communication and develops rapidly. Throughout the two years many new features were introduced.We love that the app offers not only one feature but could be used in multiple ways. Makes measuring possible, and makes our colleagues accessible, and at the same time makes not just information but documents, feedbacks, learning, etc accessible for everyone in our company. And what is also important, makes two-way communication possible.As an admin, I can say that the app is logically built up and easy to use; as a user I find it absolutely user friendly.

Pros: It could be used without an email address - for blue collar workers it's essential.Have a desktop and a mobile version, too. Makes it easy to access. The constant innovation that always brings something new.

Cons: Some features are not that personalized. On one hand that is understandable, on the other hand sometimes those tiny developments could help a lot.

"a useful and supportive platform"

Pros: As one of the largest hotel companies in Hungary, it is important for us to let all employees in our 16 hotels as well as our central office buliding feel in everyday work that we are one team. The platform and mobile app enables us to keep in touch with them, inform and inspire them. For 50 years, we are where life happens - and thanks for the application, noone misses the numerous innovations and news aiming at making the stay of our guest even more memorable.

Cons: Enhancing penetration among beginner users is slow.

"Blue Colibri App review"

Pros: It's easy to use and the menu is simple but contains all we might need. I like that the mobile application allows us to reach the software anywhere. The games and quizzes are a fun part of the company's life.

Cons: We could do with more customization options (especially in the news feed). For example to be able to attach links to pictures, or insert .xlsx and .docx files.

"Super internal communication tool"

Overall: User-friendly, with many useful features and a super team of operators behind it. I can only recommend it.

Pros: It allows you to reach colleagues in several locations at the same time. Constantly evolving, listening to customer needs. Support is fast and efficient.

Cons: Linking it to other systems is difficult. We wanted to synchronise users in this way, but it took several improvements.

"Good communication tools"

Overall: We decided to use Blue Colibri app in the beginning of 2020. The implementation was done rapidly and we can communicate with it easily during the COVID period. We can reach our colleagues so the communication became better.

Pros: It is easy to use and developed continuously. If we ha new request they help us to solve. Easy to make queries.

Cons: Nothing is missing so this tool is perfect.

"Thoughts on the Blue Colibri App"

Pros: Its features are easy to master, the software's usage is very simple. It knows everything an internal communication portal might need.

Cons: Upon sharing a news or an onboarding, you can't resize an image, which can be frustrating at times.

"I am satisfied"

Pros: I think every of menus ( news, noties, questionnaire, polls, quiz ) are useful and easy to use. I am satisfied the whole program, because helping increase the social wellbeing and integral communication in our company.

Cons: Sometimes the program is too slow and occur.

"Blue Colibri app"

"A real helpful and fun tool to use"

Pros: The software covers all the internal communications, HR support, admin and fun features our organization needs. It's easy to use and support from BC staff is great! The App is constantly being developed and new features are added based on user feedback.

Cons: Integration with our calendar software would be nice but is not possible at the moment in a real convenient way.

"What features are most useful for you, what and how do you use them, what problem has the app solved"

Pros: The app was first and foremost introduced for the quick transfer of information. As we have employees working in several locations nationwide, we can get the most important information and requests to them in the most efficient and quickest way. By the 6th month after launch, we had reached a major milestone, which was the complete digitalisation of payroll. This not only made our HR processes faster, but also took sustainability into consideration. This will allow our employees to access and download their payrolls immediately after uploading them, and will allow them to download them when it is needed. In 2022, the "transfer" of M30 forms will also be done through this platform. You can do this with the use of the "Documents" function.The "Cafatéira function" has been found to be the best solution for the cafatéira declarations due at the beginning of each year. With this module, we were able to complete the task efficiently and quickly. Since we received positive feedback on the efficiency of the process in 2022, we would like to use this option again in 2023.

Cons: When users are logging in, the username and password are often lost in the system. Automatic integration of the users are not yet possible.

"Blue Colibri Review"

Pros: Easy to use and implement. We are using the BC app for 900+ people, from the onboarding through the community and e-learning. The support is A+, flexible and in our sector this is one of the best way to step to a higher level.

Cons: Could be improved the reporting system and the e-learning paths.

"An App for almost everything with friendly and professional support"

Overall: We are very satisfied with this app.

Pros: The best function of the app is the administration menu item, it makes administration much easier, you don't have to keep in mind the tasks and the necessary parameters, and you don't have to write emails, document, etc.

Cons: Some features are only available in the more expensive version or can be purchased separately.
