They are knowledgeable and know the product throughout. On a few occasions I have requested a new feature or asked about the possibility of improving an existing one - these requests seem to go straight to the development team and actioned pretty quickly. I have not had such experience with other vendors. The software has helped us get rid of print servers in our global branch offices and is super easy to use. Cons Obviously Printix is still quite young, so it has its glitches and is not quite ready for the large enterprise yet. However, I have complete confidence that it will only get better based on my experience with it so far.
