The support from the team is fantastic. When I have a question, I get answers right away!

I still have issues when editing tours that the page will load but the editor doesn't, so i have to go back and start again.

A experiência com a Kompassify tem sido boa. Algo que sem dúvidas nos mantém por perto é o atendimento oferecido. Crucial sempre.

Pros

O Kompassify é prático, simples, com um bom custo benefício e entrega o necessário para começar um projeto de User Onboarding com o pé direito. Isso me despertou o interesse e fez com que eu gostasse de inicio. Causa uma boa impressão.

Cons

A analise de dados sem dúvidas deixa a desejar. É algo de extrema importância a ser usado em qualquer projeto de qualquer empresa. A segmentação de clientes é outro ponto crítico para qualquer ferramenta de User Onboarding. Embora a Kompassify tenha essas duas funcionalidades, ainda é preciso dar uma maior atenção em melhorias significativas.

A+. Fantastic. Long term user. Very happy.

Pros

$99/m unlimited usage.Cheaper than the big names, but not lacking in features.We had a $1500/m bill from user pilot and figures this is getting silly in terms of costs for interactive tours, so switched to Kompassify and couldn't be happier.

Cons

Nothing. It's built really well. Very occasionally when building a product tour, you might have to refresh a page. In my experience with many other platforms like this, it happens with all of them.

Pros

It requires little to no knowledge about code to build functional User Onboarding tours. Its quite easy to setup and to build the steps. It's also possible to segment your users to see different tours and guides.

Cons

As the time of writing, there were no "organize and filter" features in lists. It gets a little messy after having 15+ tours spread across 3 pages.

At inEwi, we were looking for an easy-to-use and quick-to-implement onboarding tool. As SaaS, we often announce new functionalities, so the ability to quickly edit tutorials was especially important to us. Kompassify not only met these needs, but also supported us during the customization process, which turned out to be necessary. I would undoubtedly recommend working with Kompassify to all SaaS owners.

Pros

What I liked the most was the simplicity of the solution and the ability to relieve developers. A distinguishing feature of Kompassify is great support, technically prepared for implementation of customized solutions and open to API integrate.

Cons

Although Kompassify is open to fresh ideas and API opening, it lacks popular built-in integrations that would allow for external measurement of analytics or the use of data in marketing automation.

The fantastic contact with the Kompassify team convinced us that we are dealing with a reliable, open partner. The price to quality ratio was also important - Kompassify, having all the necessary features, costs significantly less than the competition.

Kompassify nous a permis la mise en place d'un onboarding utilisateur sur notre logiciel Saas sans avoir à passer par nos développeurs web au quotidien. Nous apprécions Kompassify pour : - Son rapport qualité/prix - Son support client réactif - Ses fonctionnalités qui permettent de couvrir l'ensemble de nos besoins sur notre plateforme web : Product tour, checklists, announcements (pour les nouveautés notamment)

Cons

Il est dommage que Kompassify soit un outil conçu pour le web uniquement et non pour les applications mobile type IOS ou android. L'outil peut être également difficile à prendre en main dans un premier temps mais le support très réactif et les explications données font de Kompassify un excellent outil.

La herramienta es muy intuitiva y fácil de instalar, y he tenido muy buena respuesta del equipo de soporte de Kompassify.

Pros

No solo nos resuelve los tours guiados de clientes a nuestra plataforma, nos permite hacer también retargeting sobre clientes activos, y encuestas de satisfacción sobre nuevas funcionalidades.

Cons

La documentación disponible para implementar el producto es escaza.
