They are constantly adding updates and new features. Their customer support is OUTSTANDING. They will bend over backwards to make fixes or help you when you get stuck. Cons When I first started using Kompassify, some of the more advanced features were hard to implement on my own as a non-technical person. That said, their customer support took the time to walk me through everything step by step, and I eventually got everything configured the way I wanted it. Guider nos utilisateurs vers le "Aha Moment!" grâce aux checklists et au Hotspot nous a permis de booster notre taux d'activation. 90% de nos utilisateurs s'onboardent eux-mêmes sur notre plateforme désormais ! Le design personnalisable de Kompassify nous permet de l'intégrer parfaitement dans notre produit. Aucune compétence technique n'est nécessaire pour utiliser Kompassify, pratique pour éviter de demander à notre équipe technique de passer du temps. Pros Kompassify a été très rapide à mettre en place. Le service client, en plus d'être réactif, nous a beaucoup aidé dans l'implémentation de la solution sur notre logiciel et nous a donné les bonnes pratiques d'utilisation. La solution évolue constamment et dispose déjà de toutes les fonctionnalités essentielles pour guider nos clients sur notre logiciel et les aider à prendre en main la solution. Cons Honnêtement, je n'ai rien de négatif à dire : quand on remonte une fonctionnalité ou un besoin, l'équipe de Kompassify développe rapidement les améliorations. Its quite easy to setup and to build the steps. It's also possible to segment your users to see different tours and guides. Cons As the time of writing, there were no "organize and filter" features in lists. It gets a little messy after having 15+ tours spread across 3 pages. Review Source AH Andrew H. Very happy. Pros $99/m unlimited usage.Cheaper than the big names, but not lacking in features.We had a $1500/m bill from user pilot and figures this is getting silly in terms of costs for interactive tours, so switched to Kompassify and couldn't be happier. Cons Nothing. It's built really well. Very occasionally when building a product tour, you might have to refresh a page. In my experience with many other platforms like this, it happens with all of them. Nous apprécions Kompassify pour : - Son rapport qualité/prix - Son support client réactif - Ses fonctionnalités qui permettent de couvrir l'ensemble de nos besoins sur notre plateforme web : Product tour, checklists, announcements (pour les nouveautés notamment) Cons Il est dommage que Kompassify soit un outil conçu pour le web uniquement et non pour les applications mobile type IOS ou android. L'outil peut être également difficile à prendre en main dans un premier temps mais le support très réactif et les explications données font de Kompassify un excellent outil. Features were added and bugs were fixed very fast. Pros Designing a tour is quite easy once you get the hang of it. It's highly customizable so you can truly tailor the software to your companies' needs. The best thing is not the features though, but the great support Kompassify offers. They are super-responsive and present solutions to existing problems in no time. Happy to do business with them! Cons Some bugs occurred while trying to implement. Also, a couple features we needed (e.g. language mapping) had to be added during the implementation process. As SaaS, we often announce new functionalities, so the ability to quickly edit tutorials was especially important to us. Kompassify not only met these needs, but also supported us during the customization process, which turned out to be necessary. I would undoubtedly recommend working with Kompassify to all SaaS owners. Pros What I liked the most was the simplicity of the solution and the ability to relieve developers. A distinguishing feature of Kompassify is great support, technically prepared for implementation of customized solutions and open to API integrate. Cons Although Kompassify is open to fresh ideas and API opening, it lacks popular built-in integrations that would allow for external measurement of analytics or the use of data in marketing automation. Reason for choosing Kompassify The fantastic contact with the Kompassify team convinced us that we are dealing with a reliable, open partner. Isso me despertou o interesse e fez com que eu gostasse de inicio. Causa uma boa impressão. Cons A analise de dados sem dúvidas deixa a desejar. É algo de extrema importância a ser usado em qualquer projeto de qualquer empresa. A segmentação de clientes é outro ponto crítico para qualquer ferramenta de User Onboarding. Embora a Kompassify tenha essas duas funcionalidades, ainda é preciso dar uma maior atenção em melhorias significativas. Pros No solo nos resuelve los tours guiados de clientes a nuestra plataforma, nos permite hacer también retargeting sobre clientes activos, y encuestas de satisfacción sobre nuevas funcionalidades.
