I have only been using it for a few months with my new company, so getting used to using it... Pros The layout looks nice and clean. It is easy to add new starters onto the system also. I like the help line too Cons Could have a better reporting function. Sometimes when you try to run a report no data pull through. You need a dependable HR system that you can reply on, and this isn't it. Our HR lead uses this all the time and is so frustrated, it's really not the easiest to use and could be so much simpler. Pros It does most things fairly well and it covers a huge amount of HR related functionality. Cons The user interface is not the best and it's full of bugs. The ISO module is awful and could be so much simpler. It's just so bloated that it's not the easiest to use.
