Platform is pretty decent but sometimes hard to navigate. Very recent addition of an app is welcome. Generally a good product - but I absolutely get driven up the wall with the sales pop ups every time I log in. These are in addition to the now permanent sales banner at the side of the home page, Pros Online training, holiday booking function, storage area for team docs. Support team there for HR advice when needed. Cons Hate, hate, hate the constant sales pop ups every time I log in. Stop it with the spam. Makes the user experience so frustrating. I have only been using it for a few months with my new company, so getting used to using it... Pros The layout looks nice and clean. It is easy to add new starters onto the system also. You need a dependable HR system that you can reply on, and this isn't it. Our HR lead uses this all the time and is so frustrated, it's really not the easiest to use and could be so much simpler. Pros It does most things fairly well and it covers a huge amount of HR related functionality. Cons The user interface is not the best and it's full of bugs. The ISO module is awful and could be so much simpler. It's just so bloated that it's not the easiest to use.
