And their customer support is literally NEXT LEVEL! Pros The ease of use for repeating donations.The ease of being able to download reports.The ease of getting members to use it online.The way members can choose to pay the processing fee has put thousands back in our pockets. Cons There's not really anything that I don't like. Everything is super easy to use with it. The ability to increase digital marketing is worth the time and money spent. Pros Digigiv provides nonprofits with a the tools needed to create a user friendly website. The software is easy to set-up and use and enables an organization to create a digital footprint. It has helped our organization increase our online presence and increase the number of donors. The templates included with the software make it easy for anyone to use. Additionally the drop and drag feature allows even the least experienced website designer to produce a nice, customized, fully-functioning website for their nonprofit not matter the size of the organization. Cons There really is nothing we have found that needs to be improved upon.
