très positive car nous n'avons plus la barrière des filtres téléphoniques pour prospecter. Le prospect est approché facilement et est libre de refuser notre approche. Il y a un meilleur taux de lecture et d'interactions que par envois de mails en utilisant Linkedin + cette idée que sur le réseau social nous pouvons plus facilement répondre. Enfin on peut actualiser des contacts avec leur mail pour les intégrer à des campagnes thématiques. Il y a un gain de temps considérable dans la prospection, l'automatisation permet de faire d'autres tâches pendant que l'outil prospecte pour nous : nous en rêvions!

Pros

La rapidité, la qualité des intéractions avec les prospects, l'intégration de L'IA au contenu proposé mais surtout la possibilité d'importer et chercher en masse des contacts dans notre cible

Cons

Il reste encore des éléments de back office à peaufiner pour suivre plus précisément les contacts approchés et niveau d'intérêt (chaud, moins chaud, long terme court terme...)

L'interface utilisateur est très simple et le design épuré rende l'utilisation simple.

Cons

la partie personnalisation des messages IA est bien mais, vous devez quand même surveiller ce que l'IA écrit car en fonction de votre cible / environnement, ça peut vite sortir des choses étranges.

je n'ai pas encore tout découvert, mais en l'état je dirai peut-être le lien CRM qui est trop étroit, un manque d'automatisation je dirai et de pouvoir adapter la langue en fonction des posts des cibles également, pour des campagnes multilingues

Gain de temps immense. Quand nous devions ecrire nous meme les messages, l'IA les génère d'elle meme et nous n'avons plus qu'a fine tuner. La prise en main est tres facile et le back office friendly. Nous n'avions pas la possibilité d'automatiser la prospection sur un large segment de leads, cela est maintenant possible avec des tres bons resultats.

La synchronisation avec notre CRM a été un peu complexe, mais l'équipe produit a résolu les problèmes plutot rapidement
