Overall, IntegrateCloud has been a very reliable and valuable integration for our business. It bridges the gap between customer support and development by keeping tickets and tasks connected in a clear and practical way. The integration helps reduce miscommunication, speeds up resolution times, and ensures that everyone involved has the right context. It has become an essential part of our daily operations.

Pros

IntegrateCloud makes it easy to connect Freshdesk tickets with Asana tasks, which significantly improves collaboration between our support and dev-ops teams. The setup is straightforward, and once connected, tickets can be quickly linked to existing tasks or used to create new ones in Asana. This visibility helps both teams stay aligned, prioritize issues correctly, and track progress without switching constantly between tools. It has clearly improved our response time and workflow efficiency.

Cons

There are very few downsides. Some parts of the interface could feel more modern, and having additional customization options for fields or automation rules would be a nice improvement. However, these are minor points and do not affect the overall usefulness of the integration.

We're interface between Zendesk & Azure DevOps to simply keep the link between the Zendesk ticket and the DevOps item for reference purposes. Nothing very complex but it's helpful to use the IntegrateCloud app instead of using custom fields

Dover used the JIRA connector from Integrate Cloud which allow the creation and linking of JIRA issues from a Zendesk support ticket. we are using from more than past 2 years there is no downtime, and the feature is working as expected.

Pros

approachable and reliable and impressing too.

Nothing as such. I can call out stating very efficient on the asked queries.

Pros

We had to contend with a slow process when switching between Zendesk and Microsoft Azure. Since we began working on the integration, we found that we could move much more quickly when receiving updates from Microsoft Azure, as they became visible in our Zendesk tickets.

Cons

For me personally, communication was sometimes a bit challenging with the employees from India, but by documenting everything, defining requirements, and scheduling calls, it was still set up as desired.
