Pros

Easily linking zenDesk tickets to Azure DevOps work items.

Cons

The limitation of work item types that you can use in the free version.

It makes filing GitHub issues and linking them to customer support tickets very easy from within the Zendesk application.

Cons

We make use of some features in GitHub that are not supported in the application at this time.

Cons

Lack of support for fields. End up needing to go into ADO anyway to fully fill out the ticket.
