Pros

IntegrateCloud makes it easy to connect Freshdesk tickets with Asana tasks, which significantly improves collaboration between our support and dev-ops teams. The setup is straightforward, and once connected, tickets can be quickly linked to existing tasks or used to create new ones in Asana. This visibility helps both teams stay aligned, prioritize issues correctly, and track progress without switching constantly between tools. It has clearly improved our response time and workflow efficiency.

Cons

There are very few downsides. Some parts of the interface could feel more modern, and having additional customization options for fields or automation rules would be a nice improvement. However, these are minor points and do not affect the overall usefulness of the integration.

The integration we purchased from Integrate cloud was very fluid and we are still using it. It makes my team more efficient. Great Stuff, Easy to use.

Cons

UI can be a bit more attractive and colourful.

We love Integrate Cloud and how it allows our Zendesk platform to communicate with our Jira platform.

Pros

The flexibility of the product and the support we receive when needed.

Cons

I cant think of anything I dont like about the product.

Create a new ticket and synchronize its status is very easy. Yous just have to choose 3-4 values and you have a ticket with all the content of your FreshDesk Ticket in devops.

Pros

We were looking for an easy to use, easy to deploy option to allow our devops team to easily triage support tickets across to our VSTS Devops platform for rapid investigation and software development by our software dev team. We also wanted to improve the process our dev team uses to link development work items with support tickets when they are related. Integrate cloud provides a really easy 3 click process to link a Freshdesk Support Ticket with a VSTS work item, and its only a few more clicks if they actually need to create a new work item. Once linked, our dev team can now easily see which work items are linked to a support ticket which is a major boon when trying to isolate the cause of a customers issue.

Cons

Literally the only thing even slightly negative we could say about this product would be that the UI style could be a little flatter to bring it in line with more modern Fluent UI styles, but I'm really just being picky there !
