December 10, 2024 5.0 Whether you're interacting with the software as an end user or someone with full admin rights it's very easy to navigate and find your feet. Creating forms, conducting audits or inspections, creating a digital base to host all types of documents and assessments - SafetyQube is the one stop shop for all things Safety. The support we received from the SafetyQube team to answer any questions, queries or issues has been outstanding, they go well beyond what's expected. Pros The UI is simple to understand, even for first time end users. The software is engaging and interactive enabling users to feel confident when engaging with the interface. All forms that are created are data driven which allows businesses to fully breakdown statistics, understand trends and KPI's. Assigning tasks and actions for managers has never been easier, the platform gave us a solution to a problem we didn't know we had! Cons More customisable options to use business branding / values / colours to make the software feel like an extension of the business. However, I know this is something the team is looking into. We needed to replace our old OH&S management system, SafetyQube was our preferred choice. The team at QuberTech could not have been more helpful or engaging. They helped us rebuild our system from the ground up. We needed to make changes as we aren't mainstream OH&S. They listened and were able to make changes, evolving with us. I have no hesitation in recommending SafetyQube to support your OH&S management needs. Pros Its ease of use. You will have to do the groundwork and build your forms, but you will be supported all the way, even offered solutions before problems arose. I use SafetyQube for my audits, inspections, OH&S risk assessments and accident/incident investigations. All reports are easy to compile, fully interactive, and the PDFs produced for each report have a professional look and feel about them. Cons My experience with SafetyQube has all been positive. When I requested help, Qubertech were very quick to respond and help. Pros I can only speak for the completion of audits as I have not had the opportunity to use the other sections to date. The template for the audit is nice and clear, with a good size of font. It took me a while to get used to the new formatting. I look forward to using the other tools on the system that we have co-developed. Cons My experience with SafetyQube has mostly been positive. One of the frustrating parts I found with the audit template is during signing off and the system shows that I haven’t completed everything. Sometimes the system takes me to the section, sometimes it doesn’t so it takes time to go through the audit to find what I need to do. Pros The fact that almost everything is customizable to adapt to our company's language. the simple but functional way it operates, making it easy for the end user wile allowing the E&HS manager to get detailed information and reports. We went from managing everything using pen/paper and spreadsheets so this was a good change for us. It is now so much easier to manage incidents and reporting and we have a lot more visibility across the board with this system in place. We can assign and track tasks and actions easily and monitor everything that's going on, nothing falls through the crack anymore! aWe are trying hard as a company to create a good Pros Easy to use, it took us no time at all to get up and running with SafetyQube. The features are great and really useful - and the team seems to always be improving as they have added some new features/capabilities just within the few months we have been using this. It is cloud based so we don't need to install anything on our end and we can access all the data anywhere and at anytime, which is super handy. And the application itself is clean and simple. Cons The team has been helpful in addressing any concerns and questions, so we have no complains this far! " June 19, 2023 5.0 SafetyQube work closely with our company, in building the platform where concerns are raised then SafetyQube react quickly to resolve the concerns and clarify the best way to apply the systems to resolve that concern. Always there at the other of the telephone or email to provide support and assistance. They also are good at probing to better understand what the concern is and how it impacts on the company. Pros The Safetyqube systems converts existing hard copy forms for the company into an electronic prompt assigned to a designated person and tracks the closeout process through email notifications, which are automatic and enable easy progression and reporting. Cons The forms are integrated, but more assistance required concerning a comprehensive toolbox talk to assist in the training of others to use the SafetyQube systems.
