It's a scam. Pros Nothing. They refuse to offer you a refund even though we requested ours within 24-hours because their product doesn't work. Customer service isn't helpful. I used a cheaper and a more expensive one. The cheaper one was completely useless. The more expensive ones was great maybe a bit better than Lyne.ai but the difference is very small. I A/B tested the results from both softwares and didn't notice a significant difference in the response from prospects. So I think lyne ai is a good choice for money. I love how you can bulk select your contacts. I use lyne for writing great emails. Compared to other first line writers, this is currently my favorite. Cons Please lower the prices. The software is great on its own. Really useful tool, and everything works great. Lyne can be better by lowering the pricing. The first line quality can be improved.
