Pros

super easy to use interface, customer support is quick to come help and the output is decent enough

Cons

the way the algorithm works with linkedin urls. Once I get my contacts from a scrapping platform, the way the linkedin URLS are output are not the way Lyne accepts them so I have to manually click on each link open the linkedin profile, copy the url, past it back into my google sheets. and do this for all my contacts. it gets quite time consuming. Didn't remove a star because all other AI personalization tools, i've tried do the same thing.

Pros

I like that it's easy to use and fuss free

Cons

The downsides is that it really only works mostly for linkedin, it doesn't seem as good at scraping website info but I think it's improving

Pros

I like how simple it is and that you can import many variables to get hyper-personalized lines. With other software, I could only import email, company name, email, name, and more basic information.

Cons

I don't know any cons yet. I have not used it long enough.

Still the best on the market and I've tried a few others. The line quality is the best I've seen with a no-brainer price.

Pros

It creates the best first lines that I have seen. It does better than I could do 80-90% of the time and it is very easy to use.

Cons

It still isn't perfect. I trust that it will get there but some of the lines are still very weak or feel like they could be written for anyone. A tip is to lean heavily on their linkedin lines if you are going for a large amount of lines that you don't want to check by hand. While the blog posts and case studies would make for better lines if they worked everytime, there are a few too many bland lines it gives for these to blindly trust it

The level of personalisation is amazing. The output is high quality and it's a huge time saver for cold outreach. In the past we've hired a virtuals assistent to do this work and it took a long time and the cost was much higher.

It took a bit of testing to find the best order of sources to get information from

Pros

Basically, it's overall impact is unmatchable. It automates the complete process that SDRs have been spending all day doing it. Research is not an easy task to do!!!

Maybe the costing, for small companies or international companies it's seems to be a little expensive

Pros

This is such an easy to use piece of software. I'm not overly technical and I was up and running immediately after the free demo trial.

Cons

For the easiest email scraping, you do need LinkedIn sales navigator which is an added cost.

Pros

I really like the quality of the AI there. The lines generated are written extremely well and they don't sound like they're created by a computer. It's extremely easy to upload .csv files and generate lines. I didn't get a chance to try out their email scraping feature but I'll definitely do in the future!

Cons

I just scratched the surface of Lyne.ai, but I feel like at times the UI is confusing.

Have to say hats off to the team at Lyne.ai! This tool saves so much time and expense (no more hiring/retraining/waiting on VAs for outbound tasks). Absolute gamechanger. Well done!

Cons

Slight learning curve to grasp the full extent of the two lyne types and their output. To be expected though.
