The platform is very user friendly and our users are happy using the platform for booking desks and meetingrooms. Pros It was extremely easy to get started and onboard users, MyDesk took care of all configuration for us. Cons Could use a more advanced dashboard instead of the PowerBi repports. Pros This is simple, secure, and does not require you to login. Can be integrated and accessed with Outlook, teams, and mobile. A free trial is also available. MyDesk has brought in a level of organization and efficiency that we didn't know we needed. The application is stable, and the support team is always ready to help. A must-have for any office setup.
