We sold the business over 18 months ago and there are dozens of shared passwords in my Zoho Vault account. These are obsolete passwords for companies and individuals that are not around anymore. How can Zoho build a vault were you cannot delete a "shared with me" password. To suggest that someone contact a business that is gone is unreasonable. Ludovic M. I long used Keepass, then turned to Zoho Vault as a way to bring my passwords online and manage it from both phone and laptop.
