The company listens to the client, is thoughtful on how to address developments or support calls and is responsive. Pros The system is being used proactively, it is easy to follow for staff and provides the functions we need as a Trust to ensure legal compliance of building and soon to be deployed policy management. Unfortunately I think the things I needed in the system were not available to do at the time of using it. This meant I had to keep to spreadsheets for now but I would like to touch base again and see how they are getting on. Pros I like the style Crysp has decided to use for their suite. The ability to quickly get a full overview of your compliance and works is very useful, as sometimes you need this information quick. Graphics are nice too. Cons I feel there are several features that would really enhance this suite for use at many businesses. As explained earlier the linking of service worksheets and invoices per statutory compliance is a really critical feature. Currently it links to a single folder, this means I have to search through the files to get my compliance certificates/worksheets if it was taggable I could easier identify all the files for that compliance. I think the best feature they could implement would be to share pdf's to people not using the Crysp platform. So finance for example can look at them through a hyperlink, as google does.
