Cuando estoy instalando fuera puedo atender llamadas de los propios clientes o si necesito contactar con mis compañeros directamente me es muy útil.

Cons

Por el momento no tengo ninguno. Llevo usando la centralita menos de 6 meses.

Además de trabajar en la oficina salgo para realizar instalaciones. El equipo de trabajadores también trabaja en el taller y realiza instalaciones y montajes. La centralita nos ha ayudado a conectar los clientes con el técnico correspondiente. Además, nos ha agilizado la comunicación interna. El servicio de atención al cliente es excelente, resuelven todo al momento.

Pros

Ha agilizado la comunicación tanto interna como entre los trabajadores y clientes. El estar tanto en la oficina como instalando en exterior del taller hace que necesitemos estar en contacto continuo. Usamos mucho la app móvil, para nosotros es una ventaja.

Cons

Hasta el momento no hemos encontrado inconvenientes. Lo único que nos ha costado un poco más ha sido habituarnos al uso de la centralita ya que no estábamos acostumbrados.

Es genial y la recomiendo al 100%

Pros

El software funciona muy bien, pero sin el servicio de atención al cliente que tienen, no serviría porque dependemos de ellos. Están disponibles a cualquier hora. También es verdad que yo lo utilizo de forma muy sencilla, con pocas reglas.

Cons

Quizás que pueda modificar yo fácilmente los mensajes y tenga que pedirlo al servicio de atención al cliente.
