Pros NetLoan has enabled me to get rid of the many different Excel files I was using to track loan amortizations and the quarterly debt roll-forward. Cons It is a great tool, but you can only start a loan on the 1st of the month. This isn't that big of deal to me, but I could see this potentially being a problem for some users.
