I still use it, just not...nearly as much anymore because of the issues described in the cons mentioned. Pros I used to really like the pop-up, splash, banner iframes that could be used on the sites that the visitor lands on the most. Cons The problem? The pop ups, rarely work. This used to be an amazing way of getting referral traffic from high profile sites, unfortunately, most of those sites now, restrict the way RePlug works which basically makes things inoperable. Owner Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Bridge Page Campaign Functionality does not work" July 12, 2023 3.0 I cannot get the Replug Bridge Page Campaign to work and no one from their customer support department is able to help me. I have even scheduled a Google Meet meeting with one of their reps, but he never showed up!!! I cannot get the Bridge Page Campaign to capture email addresses to my Mailchimp account nor does it redirect subscribers to my chosen landing page no matter how often I have tried. I am very frustrated with their lack of customer support. I have been trying to get a resolution from Replug since July 3, 2023. Pros The basic link shortening feature works and I am able to add my custom domains for use on their platform. Cons Their customer service is overworked or not very helpful. I cannot get Replug's Bridge Page Campaign functionality to work and their support department just answers with generic answers that do not address or fix the problem. Reason for choosing Replug Because of their advertised Bridge Page campaign functionality (which does not work) and their integrations with Socialbee and ContentStudio. Review Source Karen R. Consultant Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Very convenient platform to create Branded Links with Marketing & Reporting" January 1, 2022 5.0 I have been using Replug for a few years now and really appreciate the quality, and convenience of this tool. Replug also allows me to use 3rd party content to promote my own services & products : I create branded shortened links with my Custom Domain to share a 3rd party content like articles /blogs and add a widget with a call-to-action on the pages to promote my own services. Can also build custom audiences & retargeting campaigns. Pros Great platform to shorten links, with Call-To-Actions & Branding for every Link I share : it allows me to redirect my leads with customizable CTA button, link or form to my marketing funnels. Very convenient to use also, as I can segment my links by branding, campaign, and tag, love it! I really like the integration with ContentStudio as well, as I gain tremendous time sharing links by automatically using my branding links and widgets with Replug. Cons I didn't know initially how to add my custom domain, and the support helped me, great support, and it is actually very easy to set up. They have also developped many features in these last years, so very happy I made this choice to use Replug a few years ago. June 30, 2022 5.0 Pros Replug is a great tool for dynamic link shortening which I have been using for the last 3 years. The fact that it's very easy to use and the fact that I have never faced any downtime (my links have been up since the beginning) make me depend on the tool all the time though I have a couple of other softwares as well for shortening. Integration with Content Studio and the deep-linking are icing on the cake. Some other features I love are - Zapier integration, UTM builder, Biolinks, Retargeting pixels etc. The team behind is really good too. They respond on time and have been updating the tool through out. It comes with a fancy dashboard to keep track of my links' analytics and performance. My favorite feature is that I can add a custom domain for my links. This is a great way to add some authority to my links. Pros I love this super easy link management tool, I can shorten and track my links with a few simple clicks, add my own custom domains, use my own custom landing pages, add retargeting pixels for remarketing campaigns and add powerful call-to-actions with my own custom message. This is the tool I need to create branded links with my own custom landing pages, URLs, call-to-actions and custom domains. Cons So far I can't find any disadvantages, or cons that I can share with you, but when I find something I will let you know. Pros Replug has so many link marketing options and they are backed up with really indepth analytics that are easy to understand and digest Cons There is so much you can do with a simple link that it can seem overwhelming at first and difficult to understand the businesses benefits of each option.
