Pros

Outil très pertinent quant à son utilisation pour appuyer un message. Pour les stagiaires, cela leur permet de prendre conscience de leur pratique, ce sur quoi ils (elles) peuvent capitaliser et mesurer les progrès réalisés.

Cons

Cet outil nécessite un temps d'apprentissage pour animer de façon sûre, avec aisance pour conserver en distanciel l'attention des stagiaires

Outil permettant à un formateur de disposer , à partir des informations factuelles restituées , d'accompagner la prise de conscience et la montée en compétence des participants

Pros

Mise en situation d'un binôme facile à mettre en œuvre - Après enregistrement , débriefing produit rapidement par le logiciel - Logiciel restitue de façon factuelle de multiples informations sur l'entretien réalisé . Cette restitution permet une prise de conscience forte et avec l'accompagnement d'un formateur de travailler une montée en compétences

Cons

Après une découverte et prise en mains des différentes fonctionnalités , il n'y a pas de "points faibles"

En tant que consultante, l'outil Comscope m'apporte un appui indéniable à la transmission des concepts théoriques relevant de la compétence communicationnelle. Le participant est son propre 1er auditeur (souvent plus implacable que l'outil d'ailleurs!), reste au formateur de proposer des petites modifications permettant l'optimisation de sa communication.

Pros

Le principe de départ qui relève avant tout de la réécoute du participant de sa propre production, a déjà une vertu pédagogique certaine. La possibilité ensuite, de creuser, décrypter, est non seulement confortable pour le formateur , mais surtout donne du sens au participant. La prise en main est intuitive.

Cons

Je ne vois pas de lacunes à l'outil proprement dit. Toutefois, la réussite d'une session dépend du nombre de participant. Trop de débriefs tue le débrief....
