Our company didn't have a good place to build community forums. We'd tried Facebook groups and chat channels, but Haystack makes this much more manageable and gives visibility to leadership.

Pros

Haystack is user-friendly and easy to Navigate. Since our company migrated to Haystack from a different intranet tool, we've had better employee engagement. Implementation and onboarding was super slick. Usually onboarding new tool can be faced with a lot of pushback, but with Haystack, everyone at our company was delighted by the experience. We really enjoy how the tool is easy to search and promotes community.

Cons

With any tool like this, ease of branding can become an issue. There were a lot of moving pieces here to keep the look and feel on brand for our company, but in the end we achieved a much better Intranet experience.

Overall, our experience with Haystack has been exceptional. It has revolutionized our internal operations, making communication and collaboration more efficient and effective. Our frontline employees, who were initially hesitant about the change, now appreciate how much easier their daily tasks have become. Haystack has truly been a night-and-day difference from SharePoint. We couldn't be happier with our decision to switch.

Pros

The intuitive interface and seamless integration have been game-changers for us. Migrating from SharePoint to Haystack was smooth and effortless, and our frontline users adapted quickly. The internal communications feature keeps everyone in the loop, and the employee directory has made finding the right contacts so much easier. Haystack’s event management and knowledge management tools have significantly improved our workflow and collaboration. The support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve initially for some of our less tech-savvy employees, but the available training resources helped them get up to speed quickly.

Switched from

[Microsoft SharePoint](https://www.capterra.com/p/1167/SharePoint/)

Upkeep costs with our in house developers became too much of a cost to ignore. Haystack is no-code for the most part and the pricing made sense compared to what we had been spending.
