I have always had a good experience with Mosaic. Even when they call in all representatives are very friendly.

Pros

The easy process of what it is do look up a customer and how their loan fully shows on their page. I love the layout of everything on their account.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like about this program. I believe this website runs perfectly and have never had issues with it.
