Pros

Sharefox was quick to set up and we received great service with onboarding. Their team made sure that we were aware of advanced features and got everything set up and working correctly. Sharefox takes care of booking, payment, scheduling and communication, making it possible for us to keep track of everything in one system. Sharefox is easy to use and day to day operation requires very little training for new users to handle. Regular updates with new features is also a plus.

Cons

Coming from rental car only software, there are some niche features missing that I hope to see added to Sharefox in the future.

We've been lucky to cross Sharefox's path and being able to build our website together. We feel we have been learning a lot from each other and we are looking forward to seeing the next developments and system upgrades for a more circular future.

Pros

Small start up which burns for the same sustainable goals as us!Great customer service and ability to find solutions with existing options.

Cons

There are a lot of small features for retail that are not available, such as bigger product images, possibility to zoom in/zoom out and a products filter by size, materials, brands and colour, ...Limited possibility to customize the website's design.

With Sharefox you can get one tool to manage your entire rental business from customer booking to order management. There are a lot of new features and improvements all the time.You would need a certain voulme to defend the price, but that said, this system caters for you all the way as you grow. No need to change to another system.

Pros

The system comes with a brandable website and booking system specially made for rentals, including payment flows, and a full customer and order management system. It was a very quick and easy way for our sport shop to get started with rentals. They are also bringing new features every month which makes it more powerful.

Cons

There are many features so it can take some time to learn. However - the support is very good and they welcome you any time.

This tool has lots of interesting features that are relevant to my business. We’ve only been using it for a short while, but so far it’s served all our need and then some.

Pros

My favorite tool by Sharefox is the online booking feature. It’s easy to use and intuitive for new users. Another interesting feature is the role-based user access, which makes the software versatile. With it, every team member can use the program while accessing only the information that applies to them.

Cons

I have just started using the software and have a limited experience with its different tools. As of now there is nothing specific I can mention that I don’t like.

Pros

The layout and design is simple, and the navigation is easy. It was easy to set up, and adding products through the backend was straightforward. I especially like that we can edit active orders. Managing inventory was easy once we learnt how to use this feature. Also the possibilities for integrations towards access systems is really important for us - giving us the ability to launch self service open 24/7 rental businesses with our partners and customers.

Cons

We had an initial set-up challenge, which I think is common to most first-time users of this kind of advanced software. However, a member of the support team worked us through the process. He was very patient and spent some time answering all our questions, which is highly commendable.

Integrations toward multiple different lock and access systems lets us automate the physical parts of the rental process as well.

Overall, Sharefox rental software works. We’ve been able to get rid of our own legacy system, including spreadsheets and calendars which were not effective, and use a single tool to manage our rental business. New features are coming all the time, and we are now expanding with new departments and business opportunities together with the Sharefox platform.

Pros

The system has integrated payment flows with the admin. Previously we were loosing money on getting paid for late returns, and damage claims. With the integrated booking and payment system, our customers order online and we can make use of extra charges and deposits.

Cons

There are some learning curves with this software as it has many features.

They gave a very good first imprssion. So we never sought after other possibilities

My experience with Sharefox was good. We could manage our rental business in booking, payments, scheduling and inventory management. Great with a single tool to manage the whole Business.

Pros

User friendly cloud based solution. Made our business efficient with an affordable solution. The backend solution was great. The system really made my rental business aspire where i easily could expand due to its diversity in industries. For my business was this system really an eye-opener because it helped me scale our business and increase the volume of our rental products, with less administration.

Cons

Sharefox had a lot of different features to it, witch was a bit confusing at first, but made me see what we could do in the business

For me as a integration partner with Sharefox I am really impressed. I give Sharefox my best recommendations! (people, pruduct, mindset of self-service rental and features)

Pros

Easy for admin and all the features based on self-service rental needs! I am really impressed about the total focus of self-service rental and also including access solutions so a guest/ customer for instance can recieve a access code for the rental period. This is the first time I as a admin or guest/ customer can choose lock system related to need. Thats how I see Sharefox, a solution based on needs and great features for self-service rental.

Cons

First time I as a partner worked in a customer case with Sharefox (delivering the access solutions to Sharefox) I thought it could be too many parties that are involved in an installation. The first time is always the first time, but I was wrong. After the first time/ and also the first time it has been seamless dialogues and deliveries to our customers and we are listening to our customers for best deliveries.
