IT Manager Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Best features for the price, and Extreamly easy to use" April 28, 2023 5.0 Email support was quick and responsive and they even extended our trial several times as we kept having things come up while we were looking at different software packages. Pros When we went looking for software to handle our IT assets BlueTally checked all of our boxes for what we needed the software to do, without overcomplicating or adding in features that we didn't need or want. It is extremely easy to use and the website is fast and responsive. Cons Some of the features I would like BlueTally does have, but they are in the higher tier of pricing. so not really a complaint but the dell warranty lookup would sure be nice on the low tier :) Reason for choosing BlueTally BlueTally had the exact feature set we were looking for without being too complicated. also the price was right in line with what we were wanting to pay. Switched from [Snipe-IT](https://www.capterra.com/p/150016/Snipe-IT/) we where doing a self hosted Snipe-IT and it worked well but we are trying to cut down on internal servers and going more to the cloud. I was granted an extra 14 days for the free trial, which was very helpful when I made my proposal to my team. Like I said above, questions were answered in a thorough and timely manner. Pros The customer support was very responsive and knowledgable. The responses were quick and thorough. I like the custom features, QR Codes, off boarding report and being able to generate reminders. Cons I would like to see more integrations. I don't see a lot of use in the Licenses section since it's just a counter and you would have to update both the software and BlueTally. Pros Snappy and clean, but able to pile on integrations without clutter. Cons Perhaps some of the integrations/features are a little sparse on customization. Importing my endpoints has been very easy. Pros I found BlueTally while researching Microsoft Intune. I have used various services and in my current roll have been resigned to use Excel due to the history logging required. BlueTally has taken care of that for me! History/life cycle is now a breeze. Thanks BlueTally! Cons Needing the top tier to have warranty expiration pulled in automatically. May 24, 2023 4.0 Easy to use - imported our assets from an Excel spreadsheet quite seamlessly and now we can use BT for everything moving forward. Finding what you need is quick and easy and the UI is clean/easy to navigate. Pros Integration with Intune and JAMF - always refreshing assets which means we don't have to do as much manual work. Very easy to use and find assets. Reporting works great as well. This is simple in the best way as you don't have to waste a lot of time looking through too many columns and rows to find what you need. Cons Not much to add. I've had a few very niche requests regarding custom fields that BT has been able to help with on the backend. It's a very refreshing experience when you ask for help with something that isn't in the live product, and instead of being told "We're sorry, we don't support that service at this time", BlueTally actually helped me achieve what I needed anyway. Pros This product was easy to use and setup. The integrations with Microsoft's SCIM were are the main driver to use Blue Tally. Setting up the integration is also extremely easy and Blue Tally provides step-by-step easy to use instructions. Their support is phenomenal. Pros We love how this has just the features we want laid out in the way we want, and that it was so incredibly easy to setup for our MS Intune-backed environment. Cons We use Jira and would like to see the Jira plugin improved as it has limited functionality compared to others. Seeing the device is useful, but we need to be able to modify and make simple changes right there in the plugin to primary user assignment for a device, linking tickets, etc. Reason for choosing BlueTally Simple, easy to setup and was quickly able to draw conclusions about my data.
