Trail period was very easy and clear on how it works. Much automated.

Pros

It is very easy to set up everything. It is automated as much as possible.

Cons

It does not sync Intune Linux devices (yet).

So far everything has been a breeze, I had basically everything up and pretty cleaned up within 1 day.

Pros

There was no bloated features or menu's, it's the meat and potatoes but also has the options to import in many ways and integrate with many applications to make our lives easier. I also love that I was able to create custom permission profiles as that comes in handy for any company with a Helpdesk or if they use a hardware distributor. The warranty tie in is also great!

Cons

I have no complaints as of yet, only issue I have run into so far was because I missed a step so that was completely on me.

The IT support team is happy with the upgrade from current SharePoint lists to automated Asset management, reducing the risk and extra work of manually registering and maintaining up to date information.

Pros

We liked the most the integration functionality with Intune, this allowed capturing and registering new devices that were Deployed via AutoPilot. Also importing all existing devices from Intune was a great time saver for quick launch.

Cons

just one little thing, that not able to search Assets by the user name, for who the device was deployed via Intune.

easier and quicker to deploy, since Atlassian is like white canvas, where structure must be built by yourself.

So far very positive. Importing my endpoints has been very easy.

Pros

I found BlueTally while researching Microsoft Intune. I have used various services and in my current roll have been resigned to use Excel due to the history logging required. BlueTally has taken care of that for me! History/life cycle is now a breeze. Thanks BlueTally!

Cons

Needing the top tier to have warranty expiration pulled in automatically.

Pros

Getting all my data into BlueTally has been very easy. Just follow their integration guides and let the system do the work. It has a large number of integrations with MDM vendors. Kandji, JAMF, inTune to name a few. The one integration that is missing at this moment is Google Workspace / ChromeOS devices. So far I am very pleased and it's a great value compared to other competing vendors who charge per asset or admin.

Cons

Not having Google Workspace integration for syncing ChromeOS devices. This requires me to manually export and import that data which means it isn't always up to date.Additionally the import feature requires a Excel file rather then a CSV.

Great, everything runs smoothly for now, and support has been reactive to us.We totally support this project.

Pros

BlueTally integration with Intune, Azure AD and Jamf was a must have for us.Also there is a really good effort done on the interface, pleasant tool to use. Then the pricing is really competitive and for small-mid sized business it's a great choice.

Cons

As it's a young product some features can be missing, like details dashboards/reports, also the being able to attach accessories to assets in order to create packages but we beleive in BlueTally's futur.

At first glance, BlueTally looks pretty basic, but their powerful integrations, awesome support/how-to guides, and their ability to release new features quickly make this a great product worth the money that will help you and your team save time.

Pros

This product was easy to use and setup. The integrations with Microsoft's SCIM were are the main driver to use Blue Tally. Setting up the integration is also extremely easy and Blue Tally provides step-by-step easy to use instructions.

Cons

I think the price might be a bit on the high side, but their development team seems to work very quickly and introduce new functionality quickly.

I was discussing BlueTally with my boss, who sits on our executive team, and he said something along the lines of "wow, you've built a really good relationship with them if they're doing that", and that's the thing. I haven't! BlueTally is hungry to succeed, and I have full faith that they will.

Pros

Not only is the price extremely competitive, the platform is new, and seems very well-optimized. It was obviously built with a very clear vision in mind from the start. With it being so new there have been some rare few hiccups, but far more importantly the developer has been extremely attentive and eager to continue improving the platform.

Cons

BlueTally has raised the bar on my expectations for the platforms we use, and is making our other vendors' products and management look bad.

First of all, it came as one of two recommendations by our MSP. Beyond that it was an easy choice with incredible pricing, scalability by including unlimited assets, and an extraordinary experience completely unlike anything I've ever experienced from a vendor - much less a potential vendor - during the trial period.

Pros

I like that we are able to sync our Jamf Pro inventory with BlueTally. This saves repetition in data.

Cons

A lot of features are paywalled behind a certain plan. If you're looking for more advanced features, they are paywalled at different tiers.

Integration was made easy with the step-by-step procedure.

Cons

Custom fields for Assets. There is a way to do it via products but that means doing two separate spreadsheets. I would like to see more custom fields for users using SCIM for OneLogin.

Very positive. Their support is phenomenal.

Pros

We love how this has just the features we want laid out in the way we want, and that it was so incredibly easy to setup for our MS Intune-backed environment.

Cons

We use Jira and would like to see the Jira plugin improved as it has limited functionality compared to others. Seeing the device is useful, but we need to be able to modify and make simple changes right there in the plugin to primary user assignment for a device, linking tickets, etc.

The customer service team is very receptive to feedback very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that me and my team has and we're very happy with the product so far :)

Pros

I really liked how simple asset tracking was with Blue Tally. It makes inventorying very simple and the fact that it is not very expensive is a bonus.

Cons

I don't have any issues about the software as the software is always being improved.

Our staff are setting-up the account and adding assets, everything seems to be easy to navigate and the set-up was quick.

Pros

We onboarded this product for the ITAM component and it will work well for us. We have about 70-90 assets we plan to manage within Blue Tally.

Cons

Nothing so far, the experience has gone well and we'll update BT if that changes for us.

It fits well with our organization. I plan to use it to manage licenses and I believe it will accomplish the same information I am capturing in spreadsheets but more efficiently.

It's great. I have a good tracking of all the assets I have, who has what and all the info I can imaging needing connected to all the assets.

Pros

Easy to both understand and set up. Good visuals and the support is amazing. Seems to really listen to the customers

Cons

That it's still under buildup and that some features aren't here yet. But it's all things that are coming later on so I don't mind

IT has helped us go paperless for our inventory management.

Pros

It is my first experience using an inventory tool so it has been very user friendly for me. The technical support team is very forthcoming and always available to answer all queries no matter how small or repetitive. I have been able to set the system up for my self and my team in a very short time and it has helped us streamline all our asset inventory in a coherent manner.

Cons

I think that a User Manual or FAQ section would also be helpful. There can also be a BlueTally community section where users can view previous queries that have been answered by the team.

Pricing and from the demo I saw how user freindly the system was. I also really liked BlueTally's interface.

Tracking purchase dates, warranties, and leasing EOL information.

Pros

I needed an inexpensive asset management solution and BlueTally fulfills that need. It allows me to track who has what devices and when they need to be replaced which was my main goal.

Cons

The interface is clunky. It takes a lot of clicks to do stuff. While BT has a bulk edit button, I really need to be able to edit things in a table, as if they were a spreadsheet. Quickly giving each Asset a unique EOL for example. Instead I can only give everything the same EOL.So instead I need to open each Asset, click edit, make the change, save it, go back to the Asset list, open the next Asset, etc.

Because it is cheap.

The ability to change product information as a product group.

Cons

The service timeouts out your session in under 10 minutes and it becomes annoying to keep having to sign back in.
