Straightforward to operate the app, various functions provided. In addition, ELSA is supportive to manage our engagement rate proactively. Pros We deployed ELSA for 29 employees at Dematic Korea mainly in Customer Service department. What works best for us is personalized learning path. We set the goal of practice time, 10-15 min per day. The admin dashboard also lets us track engagement rate without extra manual work. Cons What did I like least about ELSA Speak is it has been parcially operated as automatic,which means, I needed to select the next procees when the 1 process ended e.g. End lesson / Ask questions.. Cons instead of letting users have their free trials, ELSA just charge users one year membership without their consent. there are few dozen reviews on apple store about this problem. Seem like this is a recent problem because all the negative reviews about free trial started half year ago.
