Overall it's very good. I'm def on the track with the team for years.

Pros

We reached out to Zixflow's support staff a few times and each time they were friendly and helped us get used to the software.

Cons

Setting up campaign accounts was challenging for us but \[sensitive content hidden\] had a meeting with us and walked us through each step of the process.

It aids in pinpointing areas that require enhancement and supports well-informed recommendations for software solutions

Pros

I greatly appreciate the automation features. We have approximately 100 workflows that handle tasks such as sending emails, changing stages, creating records and tasks, and many other actions that we previously had to perform manually.

Cons

A limitation we have found is that after installation, integrating the software with other tools for enhanced outcomes can prove to be quite challenging

Sales Simplify offers a drag and drop pipeline feature along with AI analytics to support teams in optimizing their sales strategies. It revolutionizes the way teams handle leads and deals granting them full control and a comprehensive view of the entire client journey.

Cons

I have observed that the process of integrating Sales Simplify with existing frameworks and technologies like CRM can occasionally prove to be challenging and time consuming. Additionally the platform\`s flexibility to meet specific individual demands and requirements may have certain limitations that could affect its overall effectiveness.

Sales Simplify has been a wonderful addition to our sales efforts. Thanks to it, we've been able to automate a lot of actions that we used to take manually. It's saved us at least 5 - 10 working hours per week, and it's saved us money thanks to the increase it brought in the number of touches we can now make inthe same time

Pros

I love the automation capabilities. We have about 40 - 50 workflows that send emails, move stages, create records and tasks, and a bunch of other things that we used to do manually. The ability to send automated follow up emails is particularly helpful for us

Cons

\- The pricing is a bit high and we had a couple additional costs come up that we weren't anticipating- It doesn't have many plugins like other sales tools do

Excel's interface is old and it doesn't go beyond a simple contact database. It's much harder to maintain and just simply not sufficient for above a few hundred contacts
