Sales Simplify has been a wonderful addition to our sales efforts. Thanks to it, we've been able to automate a lot of actions that we used to take manually. It's saved us at least 5 - 10 working hours per week, and it's saved us money thanks to the increase it brought in the number of touches we can now make inthe same time

Pros

I love the automation capabilities. We have about 40 - 50 workflows that send emails, move stages, create records and tasks, and a bunch of other things that we used to do manually. The ability to send automated follow up emails is particularly helpful for us

Cons

\- The pricing is a bit high and we had a couple additional costs come up that we weren't anticipating- It doesn't have many plugins like other sales tools do

Moving to the new CRM has been very helpful and the interface is more intuitive for the users compared to the previous CRM.

Pros

The interface is straightforward to navigate and the reports can be obtained very quickly. Tracking each salesperson's performance through the dashboard is very helpful.

Integration with other tools and migration of data from the previous CRM was not so easy and that should be solved.

The automation of the software interface is great! It accomplishes its goal! This is an absolute must-have piece of software! It significantly increases business sales!

Cons

As of my current use and contact with this system, I have not encountered any serious flaws, bugs, or drawbacks that could jeopardize its performance or efficacy. It has been a smooth and trouble-free process, with no major problems or downsides to report. However, I will continue to monitor and analyze the system as I use it more, and I will resolve any difficulties or concerns that develop in the future as soon as possible.

Pros

I've used many sales management tools as a salesperson. Sales Simplify's Ultimate Sales Machine amazed me when I tested it. Sales Simplify cross-channel communication impressed me. This helped me manage and automate sales operations, speeding up my sales cycle. Creating custom fields for my needs was also helpful. I could simply organize my contacts with this versatility.

Cons

Sales Simplify many features might be intimidating, which I didn't enjoy. After a while, the gadget was straightforward to use.

The rich reporting tools of Sales Simplify are among its strongest attributes, in my opinion. A variety of statistics, including pipeline findings, sales projections, and performance reports, are available through the programme. These analyses give companies insightful information about their sales process, enabling them to spot opportunities for development and take well-informed choices.

Cons

Also, one of the problems I encountered using Sales Simplify is that certain of its capabilities are not as strong as those of other sales CRM programmes available. The lead score and lead tracking aspects of the programme, for instance, might be improved.

Pros

Definitely the best CRM we have used. Everything is just so simple, so streamlined. What I most like about it is how easily it allows us to create lead lists and manage everything. The splendid customer support is also worth mentioning. The interface is super clean and easy to follow.

Cons

We haven't noticed any cons for now, if there are any bugs they get fixed fast. We're happy!
