I really appreciate the opportunity of using this tool it was a great user experience. Simple to use and great value for money I'd say it's a great advantage.

Pros

Sales Simplify as the names suggest is a robust platform that helps my organization to simplify sales and streamline using the AI capabilities and hence eliminate all the manual processes saving us lots of time and cost. The customer support is outstanding very helpful and responsive when I needed any help. Overall I would really recommend this tool to anyone looking for an effective and easy way to manage and streamline their sales.

Cons

I am fully satisfied with how everything is working out with Sales Simplify. I don't have any flaws at the moment.

There are many features of Sales Simplify that can be impactful depending on the needs of the business. Some features that may be impactful include the ability to manage sales leads, track sales performance, and create customizable reports. Additionally, Sales Simplify is easy to use and offers a variety of integrations that can make it easy to integrate into existing business processes.

Cons

The least thing I liked about Sales Simplify was the lack of data on the leads. I felt that this lead to a lot of dead ends and wasted time.

So far, we've had a positive experience with the program, which has assisted us in automating our workflow in a very effective manner. It was difficult for us at first, but as we worked on it, it became more useful with time, and it is currently in the finest possible state.

Pros

One of the greatest cloud-based crm tools we've tried so far and have been working with for a long time. Customer support team is fantastic with a courteous attitude every time we need them. Very smooth UI that doesn't cause stress to the people working over it even in the long run.

In my case, I opted for the basic startup plan since it suits my needs and caters to my limited customer base.Customizing SalesSimplify software to cater to the unique needs of one's business, such as staying on task, organizing views and dashboards as a team and company, is effortless. It is undoubtedly the finest platform available.

In my opinion, the integration of WhatsApp is necessary but unfortunately, it is currently absent. It would make the sales process much smoother and more efficient. Nonetheless, I have received information that this integration will be available in the near future.

Everything! I have been using Sales Simplify for awhile and trust me, the experience has been wonderful! Not even a single complaint. I have worked as a consultant, customer success manager, and account manager, this is a tool that always comes in handy to understand your accounts in a seamless manner. I am honestly a fan of this kind of classic platform, very user-friendly. Very easy to navigate through different sections like opportunities, contacts, etc. Absolute bliss for sales people.

It's been great so far with their support team extending their hand at all times.

Pros

We came across Sales Simplify while we were looking for a software to manage the leads and deals that we needed to manage for our SAAS product. A few other options that were checked were either too bloated or way too expensive. We were looking for a lean, mean, no non-sense kind of a software and Sales Simplify is just the product that we were looking for. We have hit a few road blocks in terms of a few hiccups that any new product faces but their support team is very responsive and they take great pains to resolve the issues that we come across. I am sure it's going to be a very promising product as it goes through the initial stages of improvements and feature additions.

Cons

I would have liked this software to be more thoroughly tested before a market launch.

This CRM is very easy to use, has a great interface, and it is a great help in growing my business. It is easy to create lead lists, maintain contact records, and schedule appointments. The reports allow me to see how many leads I'm getting, what is preventing them from converting to customers, and how much money I'm making with each lead. This CRM is a must-have for any business.

Before using sales simplify I had my potential clients spread across different platforms. With this, I can easily track and monitor my potential clients more efficiently. The feature to create custom forms also really helps me to get the right information I need depending on my clients.

It is a great product but I think it is a little too expensive for me.

LinkedIn Email Finder chrome extension which is one of its features gives me great help in finding my prospects' contact information by saving it in CRM in just two clicks. They have 200 contacts for the free trial which is very helpful.

Whosoever is involved in Sales would definitely identify with the pain point of managing the leads and the deals and their activities. Before Sales Simplify we were trying to manage it using Excel sheets and Google Forms but then that was really proving to be tricky to manage. With Sales Simplify, we have got full control and a bird's eye view of the complete journey of a client from a lead to a deal.

Pros

You can simply import your leads and begin working on them and convert the potential customers into deals and focus on them.

Cons

The excel to import the leads is slightly tricky and it could have been better if that could be simplified

Pros

Sales Simply is one of the best sales software out there. Although it does have some limitations, its simplicity is what give it an edge over other tools. The interface is very user-friendly and the workflow streamlined, making this app very easy to learn and use on a daily-basis. Their support team is also great and very efficient in resolving any issue we might have faced.

Cons

There are not a lot to dislike about Sales Simplify. The regular bugs are minor and are continuously fixed by the dev team. I think the best aspect to improve is to add some more features to the account section (advanced filtering/sorting criteria, etc.)
