Any issues that have arised has been resolved fairly quickly through their IT portal. Pros The ease of consolidating all our data in one place and being able to customize the data into any view format we need. Cons Some features were not very user friendly and someone with less IT background may have difficulty navigating the process. Took some training but in the end everyone was using LongView in the most efficient way.
