PeerBie is the perfect product for you if you wish to get away from complicated platforms or going through multiple applications to get a project done. It is easy to use with a simple yet nice looking interface design.

It is cheaper than the previous tools I used for the same purpose. It has more integrations, the team works tirelessly to ensure we are happy. Overall being a user of Peerbie for 5 months now, I am very satisfied with how things have worked out. Team productivity is high, and the company is happy because it is less heavy on their pockets in terms of price

Pros

With a lot of similar options in the industry, what made me choose peerbie over others was the team. The product itself is more than enough to satisfy customers, however, the most important aspect for me is how quick the problems are solved if raised. Peerbie has been quick and usually solves problems within the same day to make sure our work is not hindered. Always available and happy to help. Kudos to the team for that.

Cons

The thing I least liked about Peerbie in the beginning is what I love most about it now. At first, it was a bit overwhelming for me to shift to Peerbie. It seemed complicated at first glance and I felt it would take a bit of time to get used to the application and all the features it offers. However, having extensive demos and customer support from the company helped me transition. What seemed to be complicated in the beginning is actually very simple once you get your hands on it. A small suggestion I might want to add is to introduce a Dark Mode for the application. I along with many people in the company prefer using "dark mode" on applications. It is easier on the eyes, and it also gives the customer an option to choose their preferred display. Would love to see this update in the near future!

We close many of our shortcomings so we are happy to extend it to all of our departments.

Pros

As I mentioned, all my colleagues in the company at all levels are easily using it because of this reason we preferred to use and integrate it with our other core business applications.

Cons

Customer support is one of the least one.

I believe we're on the first ones using it, but we could not believe the efficiency of the software. Also the customer support from the company was very good.
