TOM is een makkelijk te gebruiken, goed geautomatiseerd systeem wat ideaal werkt voor het beheer van een vastgoed portefeuille.

Cons

Het systeem is dusdanig modulair opgebouwd dat er veel mogelijkheden zijn. Het vraagt om hier bewust in te kiezen, zodat het systeem overzichtelijk blijft.
