Supervisor Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Free to use" July 31, 2022 4.0 I am confident that my emails look professional, the new signature looks much better than the standard typed out signature I had used for years. EasySignatures helps me convey the image that I want to set for myself and our organization. I'm glad that I found this software and decided to give it a try. I would absolutely suggest EasySignatures. Pros EasySignatures is free and getting started only takes a few minutes. The customer support team was very polite and they answered all of the questions I asked. They even walked me through the process of using Easysignatures with my email, it was quick and painless. The best thing about EasySignatures is that if you need a signature created they will make one for you. The signatures are surprisingly realistic and actually look handwritten, there are different styles and templates to choose from. Cons For about two days EasySignatures would not work at all and for a few days after that it was very slow. This has not happened again although I still worry that it will stop working abruptly. The initial investment was twenty to thirty minutes including time spent experimenting with signature options. After signature creation and implementation the only needs to revisit EasySignatures are to make changes or request support. Overall it's very practical. I would advise using EasySignatures. Pros \- Upscale website design. - No contract or subscription needed, it's free. - Signature creation and implementation in a reasonable amount of time. - Freedom to choose content. Create a purpose driven signature, or simply an aesthetically pleasing formal signature. - Assistance and support. Support agents are courteous and well-mannered. Cons \- Missing features and options in signature creation. - Support response time. - Missing phone support. - A malfunction did occur, it was minimally disruptive. If you're looking for anything beyond that, it is not going to meet your needs. Pros I liked the ability to create a signature that I can upload to files vs having to manually type out or draw a signature. I liked the easy email integration. Cons This product is not what I was expecting and did not meet our needs. There is no document management feature it's only for creating a signature and adding it to an email or document. It's also not suitable to use for any business who need clients or customers to sign documents quickly and easily. It's more for a single person or entity to use for outgoing mail or documents. Paralegal Law Practice Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Nice email add-on" July 18, 2022 4.0 My experience was good and I did actually like the software. I saved a lot of time using it and I loved the signature they made for me, it was beautiful. The cons I listed just made it not worth our time and we changed to a more inclusive software. Pros The pros of EasySigniatures are that it is easy to use and it was simple to setup, the pricing was good, and you are provided the option to upload your signature or have EasySignatures create one for you. If your writing isn't pretty that's certainly a plus! After you've created or uploaded your signature, the software automatically adds it to your outgoing emails (If you select that option) or you can add it to each email one at a time. Customer service is easy to get ahold of, but I haven't had many issues anyway. Cons It's really only ideal for using with email for one person/one signature. If you're hoping to use this for electronic signatures or digital signatures, you're out of luck. I found it to be slow when using the reply all selection or using in threads vs compose outgoing mail. Review Source DC David C. September 4, 2022 5.0 EasySignatures is a fitting name, it is truly an easy email signature software. Most customer support teams have heard from me on more than one occasion, usually pertaining to my utter frustration with configuring or running the software. I'm happy to report that I have never once felt the need to reach out to the EasySignatures customer support team. What an amazing feat! Pros Easy! I was finished in less than ten minutes. You can design and implement an email signature in less time than it takes to receive a pizza delivery. Save even more time with a ready to use template or have it your way and create an original. All fields are customizable, it works with my Outlook and Gmail accounts. Cons It's missing some of the bells and whistles that one may expect in the customization department. No luck in coordinating it with my business cards, website, and logo. No other complaints! I had doubts that it would truly be that simple but it was. I applied my signature to both Gmail and yahoo with ease. It looks great and works well. Cons I would make use of a more plentiful selection of templates and font. There is little to dislike here. Again it couldn't be easier. When choosing this we expected something different but Ive still experienced benefits and I kept my subscription. Pros This couldn’t be easier, literally took a couple of minutes to select a signature and template. The option of a true signature or text with contact info photos and links are presented. The signatures are readable and clear, I tried this in the past and the signature was pixelated. The emails sent with this can be tracked and checked for engagement. Cons There was a small hiccup during setup. Customer service only communicates by email which is ridiculous. Chat should be available at the very least so that resolution doesn’t take days. This software has made my email signature very much professional, visually appealing, and informative. Pros I mostly like the templates of the email signatures with all the necessary fields. I also like the Call to Action and Disclaimers very much. I must mention the very functional email integration. Cons I think everything is alright with this software. Everything is really fantastic.
