It's easy to use and having the ability to preset templates means you can really customize it to your patients. Pros Digital charting is the way forward! Smartflow makes it super easy. My favourite feature of smartflow is the anaesthesia charts. It's easy to just tap through once it's set up, and you can change how you view the chart which means you can interpret the data in graph form which I prefer. Cons I don't find use of the program as user friendly on a PC vs iPad. So if you're admitting a patient from another computer system such as ezy vet onto smartflow then it's easier to swap devices to and ipad to alter/set up the smartflow chart. Additionally it would be great to go back and easily review the anaesthetic chart after finalizing it. Once it's finalized it's buried in documents and isn't as user friendly to find. Good and quick support. Pros The dashboard that gives insides in which form are really used the most. Search functionalities in finding the completed forms Cons The end-user experience can be improved. our organization is using more forms then ever before, and what we need is a better visibility of all forms from end user perspective. Reasons for choosing Smartflow As company we had some good idea how to improve our processes, during the first meeting is was clear that Smartflow was able to deliver the right support.
