SHC has amazing customer service, onboarding and support. They are committed to working with you as a partner and go beyond what a typical vendor does for your business.

Pros

SHC is the best member-facing app for fitness clubs on the market. It integrates with everything we currently use, makes accessing information and communicating with our members easy and helps us drive new business and sell more to our membership base driving revenue.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike about SHC. Everything from onboarding to ongoing support far surpasses the competition.

Smart Health Clubs treats Cooper as a partner rather than a customer. We have open dialogue about goals and a constant feedback loop on how to improve the member and employee digital experience.

Pros

The SHC team and their adaptability! Praveen and his team listens to our business needs and supports with short and long term solutions.

Cons

It's an additional system. Ideally we would use our club management software app but SHC does an excellent job in filling the gap to provide the best mobile experience.

I have had a positive overall experience with SHC. Everyone is super helpful, and issues get resolved quickly. It is a very user-friendly platform.

Pros

What I like most about SHC is the push notifications. This process is very easy and quick to use. I like how the people it is sent out to can be broken up into different sections.

Cons

Something I wish SHC had is that if 2 people are sending push notifications from the same account, I wish you could see the scheduled push notifications.

\[sensitive content hidden\] is the \[sensitive content hidden\] and main architect. I initially met him through industry associations and have watched he and his team continually take client feedback and prioritize what they unveil which each new version. Our club could not provide the services we provide without SHC app because we would not be able to audit or bill the way we need to.

Pros

We have a large gym with 6 pickleball courts and 5 specialized studios (Hot Yoga, Barre, Spin, Pilates) and Personal training. Our challenge was finding an App that would coordinate with our current billing system, be able to charge non-members who wish to purchase a class or a court and be able for our staff to audit the courts, classes...so only those who paid have access. After extensive research, SHC is the ONLY app that could accomplish this.

Cons

I don't have any real concerns. We have open conversations with the architects about what the priorities are and the timing of them. It's been a collaboration between SHC and our health club.

It's been terrific so far. The hardest part was building our app so that it works for us the way we want. Customer support is responsive and timely. And the value for what we get is also great. It's worth it!

Pros

It's customized for our needs and looks good too! Good price for what you get. Love the look and feel of our app - it represents us well.

We have been working with SHC for almost 2 years. We are able to speak with the \[sensitive content hidden\] when needed, and we have had the same amazing staff working with us for the duration. I highly recommend this software to any tennis/fitness facility.

Pros

SHC is willing to customize features for our facility for the many programs and options we provide. Their customer service is 5 star, which is hard to find with software providers. They are extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions. If their software doesn't provide a feature, they are willing to work with us and add it to their next release.

Cons

They are a newer software, so we have had to build out features with them. This could also be considered a strength, as they are able to make custom changes.

From start to finish--eveything has been excellent. The SHC team was able to match our energy and enthusiam so we could introduce this to our members as fast as possible, They have been true partners in our success.

Pros

Ease of use of the software and the excellent customer service from the onboarding team.

Cons

I do not have any negative commnets about our expereince to date. I only wish JCC Rockland made the switch sooner.
