### "Great, highly customizable solution."

The product is great. It has a simple and clean interface, which made usability quite intuitive. Beyond the product, a special mention to the Yegertek team for running some educational workshops with us to assist us in creating the right roadmap for our requirements. A great solution often requires a great support team to bring out the true potential of the endeavor.

Pros

Product was easy to use, highly dynamic and customizable. Furthermore, the solution had integration capability with numerous third party tools.

Cons

At times product had far too many features that we didn’t require. That way, it is sort of a good problem to have. I would recommend users to define their feature list, so that tools that aren’t required can be disabled.

Great over all experience with the product and the company. Unlike previous technology providers that we have worked with, this project was undertaken with true care and intention of our well being. No where in the process did we feel like we were dealing with vendors, engagement seemed more like a well structured partnership. With regard to the product, it was well structured and the full functionality of the software was rolled out in phases.

Pros

Seamless integration into our current infrastructure. Great set of functions that come with the solution. Furthermore, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] actively consulted on new features that could be added, or integrations that could further enhance the way we collect and manage various data points.

Cons

System took some time for us to be able to easily navigate. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] assisted us by hand holding us through out the handover and actively conducted training sessions with our team.

Great price, great product, and great service - all ingredients for a long term relationship.

So far, we are waiting for positive results from the program, but so far all indications are positive for the future

Pros

Can be modified and improved in addition to a cooperative team

Cons

All modifications to the program take a long time and very high cost

Cons

Didnt have many issues as most of it was easy to use

### "Engage 365 - an extensive loyalty system"

we have introduced the Circle loyalty scheme as a USP over our ride hailing product which is currently the only one in Malta

Pros

The software offers numerous features and possibilities for promotions

Cons

Tracking of such promotions but this could be due to lack of practice and system knowledge. Training was provided in general and perhaps better use and focus on the available querying possibilities would have helped

Reason for choosing Engage 365

It met all our requirements at the time

Overall it's a good software, needs to improve in terms of supporting the customer to adapt new changes quickly.

Pros

I am happy about the support. Hope you understand there is a gap in support and the same was managed.

Cons

It takes a very long time for a change management.

Pros

I mostly use Engage for loyalty management, referrals and promotions, and Engage365 offers a quite wide selection of features and criteria that can help personalizing loyalty and promotional initiatives, based on the business' needs.

Cons

The interface is not the most user-friendly and the way promotions are set allows for oversights that might end up being costly.
