Pros What I liked about Parsio was that it was able to extract data from invoices the way we wanted and output was easy to parse for our post processing needs. Very clear interface, possibility to use multiple templates on the same files, seems a very adaptive software. Pros I like the simplicity and ease of use of this tool. Create a mailbox, follow by a template to tell Parsio what data you need to extract and you are good to go. This helps a lot especially if you are running an Ecommerce store. I also like webhook & Zapier integration which provides great flexibility. There is also Integromate if you are not using Zapier. However, if there's one area where I think it could improve, it would be in providing more instructional videos that focus on how to accomplish specific tasks using the necessary tools. It is cheaper than other similar solutions. Cons The accuracy on a scientific paper wasn't sufficient for our purposes, but it is not designed for this anyway. I had a ton of emails stored and saved but had not yet aggregated necessary data. This tool helped save me so much time! It's a great archive email solution. Pros I love how easy it is to map parts of an email with data fields in setting things up. Cons I was frustrated that it didn't handle email attachments but that has recently been addressed.
