Unfortunately, we are a small outfit with tight budget constraints so my use will be limited. Pros The OCR extraction seemed accurate and on-point, which helped a lot to compile a merged dataset consisting of information from multiple PDF documents. Not only has it helped me to compile a dataset much quicker than having to manually capture data from hardcopy, but it also avoids potential entry errors. Cons I do not think I scratched the surface of Parsio's capabilities, and my tasks were very rudimentary, which Parsio executed well. Automatically pulls out e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and links from your emails so that you can use them again in your marketing and sales processes. Pros I had a specific need for extracting data from Amazon Seller Central emails and had originally set it up with Zapier's basic Parse system. It struggled to handle things well. Moved to Parsio and quickly managed to get it all up and running. Cons Haven't found anything missing or lacking yet. I need to parse data from a PDF to convert it into an Excel sheet. This saved so much time where I would have have to manually input all the data in myself. All fields were recognized perfectly. Also the API and overall software quality is very good. Cons The inflexible payment plans. For example its not possible to book prepaid credits on top to the subscription plans. For examaple with parsio we can grab quizzes resultats send by email to make a student dashbord. Pros I've discovered parsio with appsumo and that's perfect tools to grab the data of debug emails to push it in our dashboard. Cons It could be amazing to have an ORC process or grab data in images. Pros We were interested in email parsing of reservation documents, and decided to try their GPT-powered parser. It worked well, and wasn't very difficult to get up and running with something quickly. Their APIs also worked well for integration into our app Cons For the price, we found we were better off in our case going directly to OpenAI for the GPT parsing ultimately. Trial period is enough to test the goodness of this tool. Pros What I like the most about using Parsio was the ease of importing PDF and extract knowledge from tabular data. These task is quite time-consuming when it's manually done. Cons One disadvantage I found was the UI for data exportation may not friendly enough for unexperienced users. Switched from [ChatGPT](https://www.capterra.com/p/10009334/ChatGPT/) I tried to copy and paste the table into CHATGPT and query from tabular data. However this tool was not able to considered a whole PDF and data extraction could not be considered reliable enough.
