Pros This is by far the simplest way to extract data you need from similar emails and put them into google sheet. Cons Nothing really, this is very simple and intuitive to use. Switched from [Pabbly Connect](https://www.capterra.com/p/205994/Pabbly-Connect/) While Pabbly Connect can achieve the same, it is too complicated and technical to set up, Parsio takes 5 minutes to set up, and no coding is needed! It was very useful, it helped me to understand some letters that only with uman eye I couldn't see. Pros It permit at everyone to try to use it. The next time I will try to build my own alphabet to read old hanwritten papers. Maybe It could be used in papirology too. Being able to upload documents via email is useful, the OCR works well, the methods for retrieving the parsed data also work really well. Finally, the customer support is fast and helpful. Cons Even though it works well, the OCR is not perfect, but you should not expect it to be. I tried a document with a very complex structure and it missed a few fields, but it was impressive enough as it was. Pros What we are most impressed with is it's OCR precision with even poor quality scanned documents and handwritten documents. Also, it's integration with other Apps, such as Google Sheets, is very easy to set up. Cons The navigation in the user interface could be better.
