It is also a great pleasure to use this app. I work with Upbase daily, I use it to manage all kinds of projects. It works great! Pros It's so easy to use it! You don't have to think too much about what to do and how to do because the interface of Upbase is very intuitive. Cons It's really hard to find serious cons in Upbase. But if I have to say something about it... maybe some animations could look better? It is easy to use, allows me to manage my tasks, schedule, links, documents, and ideas all in silos for each project, which is perfect. Pros I love the customizability, the frequent updates, the tips/tricks emails and ease of use. It serves my needs when others were buggy, lacking in features, or had too hard of a learning curve. Cons I wanted to change one of the names on the side panel. This has been added to the update log so that it can be implemented. Pros I have been using Trello for many years now - I can't remember a time when I haven't. Nevertheless, I was looking for an alternative now and then, because navigating Trello was a bit cumbersome, plus while I liked its simplicity, I felt it could offer more. Thankfully, I discovered Upbase and haven't looked back since. The UI/UX is a dream and the extra features like Links, Docs, Spotlight, Schedule, and more, make it very pleasant to use. Cons The mobile app would need an upgrade. The UI/UX is not on par with the desktop experience. The things I miss the most are widgets and the Spotlight feature from the desktop is not available yet. There's no need to switch between various apps and waste money on multiple applications. This fantastic app, available at a great price, includes all the essential features needed to achieve excellent results, save time, enhance productivity, improve team collaboration, facilitate project planning, and provide accurate project estimations. The list of benefits is endless—truly an incredible app. Pros This universal app brings all features together in one place—unimaginable! The price is so low that it's affordable for everyone. I tried another app (Ankiflow), which costs $34 per month. In India, for that price, you could hire a personal assistant who would not only plan your work but also handle some tasks for you. Cons There's no differentiation between personal and team use. Ideally, there should be a configuration option in the settings, a toggle button, to switch between personal and team use. When I set to personal use, options like assignee, created by, and assigned to me should be hidden to streamline the interface. I got to understand it and work with it in no time, and I like how simple the interface is, and even though they keep adding features at a good pace, they always find ways to integrate them so the interface remains simple and easy to understand. I use it every day and overall I really like how this software works; it is fast, and the organization suits me very well. It is easy to collaborate with team members, organize my week in different views, add and organize projects, add colorful tags to organize tasks across projects, link tasks and documents as "related" items, and use the convenient bar at the bottom to add tasks, documents, and more for easy access. I really enjoy using Upbase and I am very happy that I found it. Every time I had to contact customer support to report small bugs or ask questions, they got back to me promptly and replied kindly. Cons It is a young platform, and even if it is fully-featured, well-thought-out, and easy to use, you can sometimes encounter a small bug here and there that makes some things a bit more complicated than necessary. But, in general, they are fast to fix them. One thing I really don't like is the chat feature, I think it would need to be redone completely.
